I'm going to go through the roster and make a comment about each of them. I know some people are going to probably get pissed off about it, but fuck 'em.

RAW

AL SNOW - Is improving as an announcer
BATISTA - Haven't seen him enough to judge
BOOKER T - Needs to have a final world title run, then retire
BUBBA RAY DUDLEY - The dudleys need to be heel
CHRIS JERICHO - Is due a face turn, and in my opinion should be the one who beats Kane for the world title eventually.....
CHRIS NOWINSKI - Talented, Young, Has alot of potential
CHRISTIAN - Future Top Heel
D-VON DUDLEY - See Bubba Ray
ERIC BISCHOFF - In my opinion SD should loose steph and he should be made GM, away from Austin
GAIL KIM - Needs to improve
GARRISON CADE - Young vanilla rookie, needs a gimmick
GOLDBERG - Still has to prove himself a draw
GOLDUST - Hopefully will help expose Lance Storm's strengths
IVORY - Is she still around?
JACQUELINE - see Ivory
JAZZ - Injury Prone
KANE - Next World Champion
KEVIN NASH - Would make a good colour commentator
LANCE STORM - Underused
MARK HENRY - Needs to be fired, fat, useless, stiff
MARK JINDRAK - See Cade, apart from not so young
MAVEN - Bland
MISS JACKIE - Needs to manage someone who's over
MOLLY HOLLY - Best female wrestler on the roster IMO
RANDY ORTON - The RNN gimmick had potential, but isn't over
RENE DUPREE - Tres Vert, but I prefer him with Conway to Grenier,
RIC FLAIR - Legend.... Needs to do the job to Jericho at wrestlemania
RICO - Un-over
ROB CONWAY - Should be Duprees perminant partner
ROB VAN DAM - Uber over, could be used as a top face
RODNEY MACK - On the roster because he's banging Jazz
ROSEY - S.H.I.T
SCOTT STEINER - Waste of money
SHAWN MICHAELS - Still good in the ring
SPIKE DUDLEY - Jobber
STACY KEIBLER - Needs to get out of the awful Test / Steiner angle, maybe manage Lance Storm
STEVEN RICHARDS - The GM angle should continue!
STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN - Needs to come back for one last big job, then turn heel
SYLVAN GRENIER - Talentless
TERRI - Old
TEST - Fire him already!
THE HURRICANE - Stuck with a bad gimmick, but still does well
THE ROCK - Dead in hollywood
THEODORE LONG - Another potentially great colour commentator
TOMMY DREAMER - Underapprechiated
TRISH STRATUS - Perminant Womans Title Fued
TRIPLE H - Die
VAL VENIS - Should go back to the Morely gimmick
VICTORIA - Reasonable in the ring, good psycology
WILLIAM REGAL - Should be RAW PBP commentator
JR / King - Jr would be ok as a backstage interviewer, loose king!
Lita - Should be in the women's picture somewhere

A-TRAIN - Useless Hoss
BIG SHOW - Good as a jobber, should be out the ME
BILL DeMOTT - See A-Train
BILLY GUNN - Needs to be fired
BILLY KIDMAN - Needs to be in a stable with Heyman
BRADSHAW - The APA need to retire
BROCK LESNAR - Growing Stale
CHARLIE HAAS - Improving quickly
CHAVO GUERRERO - Is about to progress to mid card
CHRIS BENOIT - Needs to be in the afformentioned Heyman stable

EDDIE GUERRERO - The next Austin
EDGE - Needs to be turned when he returns

MATT HARDY - Great Gimmick, could go to the top

NUNZIO - Unlucky to be sent down with the FBI (to OVW)
REY MYSTERIO - Very over, The C/W division could be built on him, if used better
RHYNO - A reasonable hoss!
RIKISHI - Useless sack of shit
SABLE - Not a milf
SEAN O'HAIRE - if used well, could be top mid-card heel
SHANNON MOORE - Good C/W
SHELTON BENJAMIN - See Hass, could be a future ME

STEPHANIE MCMAHON - Needs to get away from TV + The creative team

BATISTA - Needs to learn more than just power moves to get my attention.
BOOKER T - Entertaining son of a gun who deserves to be World Champion over Goldberg.

MISS JACKIE - Needs to go away and never return.
MOLLY HOLLY - The love of my life.
RANDY ORTON - Isn't ready to be where he is.
RENE DUPREE - His presence does nothing but cause me aggrivation.
RIC FLAIR - I'm still not sick of seeing him wrestle, just wish he'd put more younger guys over.
RICO - Stuck with a dead-end gimmick.
ROB CONWAY - Underrated potential.
ROB VAN DAM - There is no good excuse why he shouldn't be a world champion.
RODNEY MACK - Has shown recent improvement. Possible fear of losing spot to Mark Henry?
ROSEY - a S.H.I.T.ty wrestler who is somewhat over.
SCOTT STEINER - Okay as a midcarder, doesn't deserve the high paycheck.
SHAWN MICHAELS - A pleasure to have around.
SPIKE DUDLEY - Never given a real chance.
STACY KEIBLER - Needs better clients.
STEVEN RICHARDS - Should get Stephanie's GM spot for her painful stupidity.

TEST - Keeps getting pushed, but the push always ends right as he's getting momentum.

TRISH STRATUS - Should feud with Victoria or Gail while someone else feuds with Molly.

VAL VENIS - Shouldn't be chief, but shouldn't be porn star either.
VICTORIA - The love of my life should Molly die.
WILLIAM REGAL - A nostalgic favorite of mine.
JR / King - A once great commentating team. Where have the good times gone?
Lita - Sloppy, but still intriguing.

BIG SHOW - Most improved worker of the year.
BILL DeMOTT - Needs to be face.
BILLY GUNN - Should try to win Chuck back.
BILLY KIDMAN - Needs to betray Rey Mysterio when we all least expect it (seeing as we all were expecting this to happen two months ago)

BROCK LESNAR - Has done it all in under two years, so nowhere to go now.

CHAVO GUERRERO - Big things in store for this guy.
CHRIS BENOIT - Needs to destroy A-Train and then feud with Lesnar.
CHUCK PALUMBO - Should accept Billy's offer.

DOUG BASHAM - The most dominant OVW champion of recent times deserves better.
