How did "Steel Cage Turmoil" work? From the look of things, it was pretty much the same as the modern-day "Tag Team Turmoil"?

Yep. It doesn't really have a name, it was just a house show with a gauntlet-style cage tournament. I gave it the steel cage turmoil name based on the tag team matches.

There are a few tape trading sites out there that have handheld footage of the show, though I've yet to see it for myself.
