OK, I ended up going to the store, and here's my thoughts:

Weapon X #17 (7.5/10)
A pretty good issue, with a bait-and-switch that I didn't expect, but had suspicions about (if that makes any sense). Anyways, Chamber goes out to kill the leader of the U-Men with Sauron, Wild Child and Jackson, and gets caught by the U-Men.

Tieri is doing a good job with this book, and I think that they should give him a shot at X-Treme since Claremont is getting Uncanny. Jeantty's art was again good stuff, although I was surprised that they didn't let Jeff Johnson do the whole arc.

Transformers Energon #19 (7/10)
I grabbed this one out of curiousity since I'd no idea how Furman was gonna convincingly pull off a Megazord Prime. But, this was apparently not the issue where I find that out. This issue was all about the (re)introduction of the Armada/Energon universe to readers new and old. And it definitely got me interested. The best part? No annoying kids!! Yet.

This issue was all about the (re)introduction of the Armada/Energon universe to readers new and old. And it definitely got me interested. The best part? No annoying kids!! Yet.

I actually liked the annoying kids in the armada cartoon. THey were written/voiced so bad that it was entertaining.
