Actually, WWE.com mentions an interaction between John Cena and Kevin Federline and to watch the show to see what happens.

I dont like the new opening and it seems as if they spent a lot of money on the graphics package for WM 22 (billboards on top of buildings) and so they needed to get more use out of it..
