Was it well known beforehand that the Barbed Wired Massacre Match wasn't allowed in SC? Admittedly I don't really follow the smark news anymore so I had no idea until me and my friend got there and Borash told us they couldn't have it. That was pretty much the only reason we drove up to Greenville to see the PPV and nothing else on that card made up for it. Hell the house show we saw about a year ago was light years better than this show. A serious waste of time and money, and I'd be hard pressed to give TNA any more money after that bait and switch.

My friend convinced me that we should buy this basically just for the Angle/Joe match. I was sorely disappointed in it. Like all of you I could smell a Karen heel turn but I figured they would at least give us a pretty good match until the bullshit finish. The best match of the entire night was the first one, having Dutt/Lethal go over is obviously just to set up a feud between them and XXX. Overall, this show reminded me why I don't buy wrestling PPV's (even if I did mark out for the Frankensteiner).

I was dying for Christian to come out with the victory. It seemed like everyone was against him, Abyss, Chris Harris, Sting, etc. It was just ridiculous for Christian to brawl all the way to the back and then come back and still participate in the match. Bad finish though. Of all things to cause a pinfall, we get drunken James Storm with his Shooter Jennings ripoff theme music to Tajiri mist Rhino. I enjoyed the show but I don't really think it accomplished anything.
