Short of someone officially saying he died in 2008, if he was found dead in 2009, he died in 2009. Same goes for Castro or anyone else.

Face it people... Jake Roberts is IMMORTAL.

I think people are just hoping they don't miss out on points if they leave him off the list and he actually dies the same year.

4. Billy Graham (Preacher)

Jake will never die as long as his name is in the death pool. I was going to go with Scott Hall, but he's probably going to surpass everybody's expectations just as well.

Shit, I didn't put Andy Griffith on my list this year. Knowing my luck, he'll die this time.

In 2006 I got Don Knots in an Andy Griffith Trifecta. I had a Wargames Trifecta in 2007 that didnt result in a death. This year I had a Blazing Saddles Trifecta which resulted in points for Harvey Korman kicking the bucket. So this year I decided to avoid any questionable celebrities and go All Trifectas.

Hamid Karzai - President of Afghanistan (51) BEST BET #1
Mahmoud Ahmadinejad - President of Iran (53) BEST BET #2

Charlie's Angels Trifecta!
Farrah Fawcett - Jill Munroe (62)
Cheryl Ladd - Kris Munroe (58)
John Forsythe - Charles Townsend (91)

DC Trifecta!
Dennis Hastert - Former Speaker of the House of Representatives from 1999-2007 (67)
Ted Kennedy - Senator from Massachusetts (77)
Robert Novak - Conservative Political Commentator (78)

SNL Final Destination Style Trifecta
Chevy Chase - Season 1 Cast Member(66)
Jane Curtin - Replaced Chevy Chase on Weekend Update (62)
Bill Murray - Took Chevy Chase's cast spot when he left(59)

Game Show Host Trifecta!
Alex Trebek - Jeopardy/Classic Concentration (69)
Regis Philbin - Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? (78)
Louie Anderson - Family Feud (56)

Country Music Trifecta!
Charlie Daniels - "The Devil Went Down to Georgia" (73)
George Jones - "(I Was Country) When Country Wasn't Cool" (78)
Hank Williams Jr. - "All My Rowdy Friends Are Coming Over Tonight" (60)

Baltimore Orioles Trifecta!
Earl Weaver - Former Manger (79)
Peter Angelos - Current Owner (80)
Boog Powell - Firstbaseman (68)

One more change: Anyone found guilty of murdering someone on their list will win the pool automatically. If there is more than one case of this, whoever is convicted first will be the winner.

Good luck to everyone!

Here's my entry, in no particular order:

Michael J Fox - poor guy looks HORRIBLE
Jake Roberts - I agree, this guy is going to outlive every major wrestler from the 80's, but just in case......
Amy Winehouse - this bitch is going to be like Jake Roberts. She will NEVER die, but I'll put her on my list just in case
Britney Spears
Bobby Heenan
Barack Obama - the presidential bodyguards can't protect Bush from a couple flying shoes for God's sake.......
Anthony Keidis
Keith Richards
Paula Deen
Scott Hall
George Romero

I'll add more when they come to me.

If Marvin wins this year it's safe to say he's a Reaper. Maybe like one of those Reapers on Dead Like Me.

Im counting on at least 2 of my picks to be 6 feet under by this time next year, and my best bets are possible candidates to die of assasinations/bombings/war etc which would be the 25 bonus points.

I'm not sure why you'd want to. That didn't stop CanadianGuitarist from picking guys in that point range, though!

If all four of them die, net profit of 10 points. It'll work. Errie Ball is five hundred years old, for christ's sake.

Yeah, I rushed through reading the point allocations, and skipped over the base 10 points for anyone, thinking you only got the bonus points. Sorry about that.

I was made to understand that 90+ is worth zero additional points on top of that you get with each death.
