If the wwf lost the rock, austin, & hhh somehow...

Yes, it is unlikely that anything like this would happen, but it is still possible. Like what if they all got injured somehow? I remember back in WCW a lot of the big names got injured around the same time, and heck, it left the nWo to be no more than Jarrett and The Harris Brothers (Jarrett carried the company DAMN WELL durring that time btw)!

So yes, it is possible, but what if the WWF did loose those three guys somehow? Who would rise to be their new "top dogs"? Could Angle, Jericho, RVD, etc... rise up and take the posistions of the above mentioned? Would Booker T, DDP, etc... be built up to have a top posistion? Hell, how would the nWo angle work out if something happend to the "top 3"?

Eh, I just thought I'd through yet another topic out there for discussion, so...

...let's discuss, lol!

If HHH, SCSA & The Rock were to get hurt at the same time. The WWF would probably book it with the nWo injurying those guys. RVD, Jericho & Angle would move in top slots. Booker T & DDP will probably get pushed higher. They probably would sign Jeff Jarrett to fill the top of the card.

If they lost those guys Hogan Hall and Nash would have nothing standing in there way.

This raises an interesting point.

For as long as the NWO is around...pray that there are no injuries to the top guys.

I wouldn't mind if HHH tore his quad again.

add edge and test to the list of guys who would get pushed higher.  but in reality, none of this would happen, as hogan and the outsiders would get into vince's ear, and we would see hogan as champ, and anybody even posing a remote threat to their spots being destroyed.

Could it happen? Yes. WCW had bad luck in 2000 with Hart, Jarrett & Goldberg getting hurt before the Souled Out 2000 PPV. Will it happen? Probably not. Unless by some act of God. And remember all those "God-like" promos Hogan used to do.

let's hope there's no more serious injuries or movie-deals (rock...) soon, but

I think yall are seriously overestimating the power that the collective cancer has

The answer is simple... the whole card would be moved up a notch.  Angle, RVD, Benoit, Booker T, and other upper mid-carders would move up to main event level.  Guys like Test, Edge and maybe Christian would be on the upper midcard.  The Undertaker would probably get a WWF title reign again though, and Kane would probably be moved to the upper midcard or possibly even the main event though.

Then again, the nWo is coming in, and I'm not sure what kind of effect they'll have on the card...

That might not be al that bad.  I mean I would hate to see those guys get hurt because they ARE the company right now, but.....

1.  After Hogan, Hall, and Nash left, Austin, the Rock, Mankind got huge, and HBK and Hart were there to carry the company.  This was thought of as the rebirth and the beginning of the golden age.

2.  There are guys who could carry the company in their absense.  RVD is way over, Angle has his heat back, Booker T can get over as a face if need be, Edge could back on the mic a little, Y2J is legitimate as a champ, and Benoit can get over with some mic improvement.

All in all, it would be bad for a while, but if the WWF handled the situation like the handled it the first time (1994-2000), it wouldn't be disastrous.

That's true. It can also be a case like 1999. Where Austin gets hurt and The Rock & HHH are given the ball and run with it. In '99 the WWF had the hot babyface in The Rock. In 2001 the WWF has a hot, but not highly pushed babyface in RVD. The heel in '99 was HHH. He wasn't really over until he married the boss' daughter and "retired" Mick Foley. 2001 sees Jericho & Angle have heat. While ratings probably couldn't hold up as well as they did in '99-2000, if the top guys were to get hurt...the WWF would have the right guys in line to run with the ball.

You all make great points, but what I meant about the nWo guys, was if the "big 3" were taken off of TV for whatever reason, who would the nWo feud with? Hogan Vs. RVD? Hogan Vs. Jericho? Hogan Vs. Edge? No, I don't think so, I mean really, it would almost look funny having those guys taking on Hogan.

Would it be Hall/Nash Vs. Taker/Kane? Hogan Vs. Booker T? What could they possibly do with this angle?

I think the nWo would feud with RVD, Jericho, Angle, Booker T. While the "big 3" are hurt guys like RVD, Jericho, Angle, Booker T need to be used.

If those three guys all dropped out, say hellooooooo to Undisputed World Champion Hulk Hogan.

It happened in April
