The interviews never actively bore me. They're only a few minutes long. They remind me of an easter egg of a dvd.

Caught the 1st half of the 7/5/93 Raw . . . Interesting to note that once Bill Fralic actually got Yokozuna up off one foot, Hebner dashed in to break up the attempt. First he gets hosed out of the WM2 battle royal, now this. Also, the 1-2-3 Kid and Blake Beverly had one hell of a match. Kudos to both. I thought it would be a 3-4 minute basic television rasslin match but these two lit it up with some innovative spots and a very nice heat segment. Put over both guys very well.

I haven't watched History of the IC Title yet. Probably won't get to it 'til this weekend. Is it any good? I'm weary of anything involving Bossman.

I skimmed through it to see the lineup:
Mr. Perfect vs Texas Tornado (SuperStars Feb 91)
Mr. Perfect vs Shawn Michaels (Super Stars & Stripes Special)
Mr. Perfect vs Big Bossman (WM VII)
Mr. Perfect vs Bret Hart (SummerSlam 91)

I watched the 2 Raws. Heenan just doesn't seem the same now that he has no meal ticket given Luger is a face now. I mean he's getting behind Yokozuna but I missed the days where he'd have an 'investment' of a wrestler (Heenan Family, Flair, Luger). The Headshrinkers look like they're having so much fun squashing shlubs. Such tremendous squashes.

Venkman, how could you forget to list:
The Bobby Heenan Show - Debut Episode
July 17, 1989 | Approx. run time: 24 mins.
Before The Highlight Reel, The Cutting Edge and even The Barber Shop, Bobby "The Brain" Heenan hosted his own show, rightfully called "The Bobby Heenan Show." While David Letterman and Johnny Carson didn't have to worry about their jobs, we promise you that this is one of the most entertaining programs in the history of WWE.
Bonus Features: Exclusive introduction by WWE's current brain Matt Striker.

Any predictions on the 15th's lineup? I'm sure the 2 Raws are a given including Michaels vs Jannetty once more to settle the score. I'm thinking another Flair video will be in the works (a match called by Solie I reckon) as well as videos involving the rest of the Hall of Fame Class of 2008 . . . wonder if we'll see Johnnie Mae Young give birth to a hand in crystal clear 750k quality.

I could see the JR's Pick being a Flair or Solie match just given the nature of it being JR's Pick.

I really wonder what they're going to feature of Mae Young. The HOF stuff seems to be classy so maybe they found an old match from the 50's with her????

Don't forget we'll have another Coliseum Home Vid...I mean Hot-Beds.

And the by way, anyone else notice they added sections for JR's Pick of the Month, My Favorite Match and Hot-Beds? That stuff is finally being archived. Still no old Raw's archived of History of IC Title though...

Thank goodness they're at least archiving the specials. I don't know why it's so hard for them to archive the individual matches though. That or if they really wanted to be gems, they could upgrade the 300k vids to make them 750k. Ah, that'd be paradise.

Just got done watching IC Title Part X. Good stuff seeing Tornado treat Perfect how Perfect treats jobbers by bullying his mangled face to the camera and trash talking.

EDIT - They did indeed archive the Raws - http://www.wwe.com/subscriptions/247online/raw/

Mid-Month Update:

Raw: Episode 26 July 19, 1993 | Approx. run time: 38 mins.
Shawn Michaels and Marty Jannetty's legacy in the WWE ring has been chronicled since the very first episode of Raw. On this edition they meet in a classic encounter for the Intercontinental Championship. Considered by fans as one of the greatest matches in Raw history, you can now view it here on 24/7 Online. Also, catch the Raw debut of Men on Mission and Tiny Tim as a guest on The King's Court.

Raw: Episode 27 July 26, 1993 | Approx. run time: 42 mins.
Raw tries to top the classic battle between the former Rockers on the last episode of Raw with a just as intense match between Bret "Hitman" Hart and Bam Bam Bigelow. Hart isn't only trying to impress the fans tonight; he also wants to impress his parents who are in attendance. Also in action, see Mr. Hughes, The Smoking Gunns and Doink the Clown. Plus, bonus points for anyone who can spot a McMahon watching Raw from the crowd!

J.R.'s Pick of the Month: Starrcade - Ric Flair vs. Dusty Rhodes April 15, 2008 | Approx. run time: 29 mins.
Watch an exclusive interview with Jim Ross as he candidly talks about Ric Flair's greatest rivalries and accomplishments in the '80s. After watching J.R., catch the classic battle between Ric Flair and Dusty Rhodes from Starrcade. Then catch up with Jim Ross once again as he discusses what it was like working with Gordon Solie.

Bonus Features: 2 Exclusive Interviews with Jim Ross.

Wrestling Hot-Beds: The Talk Show Edition April 15, 2008 | Approx. run time: 55 mins.

Wrestling Hot-Beds takes a detour from touring cities and instead visits the sets of some of WWE's classic talk shows and their loudmouth hosts. Josh Mathews will introduce you to many classic shows such as The Barber Shop, Heart-Break Hotel, Flair For The Gold, and the ultra-rare "Talk Show Show-down" between Piper's Pit and The Flower Shop. Don't miss this special edition of Wrestling Hot-Beds.

My Favorite Match: Carlito - Raw, Carlito vs. Shelton Benjamin April 15, 2008 | Approx. run time: 12 mins.

Carlito made history in this match by becoming the only WWE Superstar to win a championship on his Raw and SmackDown debuts. Hear Carlito candidly speak about what it was like making his surprise Raw debut and winning this match. The Caribbean loudmouth holds nothing back when discussing this match!

Bonus Features: Exclusive Commentary from Carlito.

NWA Starrcade: Jerry & Jack Brisco vs. Ricky Steamboat & Jay Youngblood November 24, 1983 | Approx. run time: 18 mins.
24/7 Online continues its Hall of Fame coverage by featuring a classic tag match with the Brisco Brothers from Starrcade. This tag title match was one of the many highlights from the 1983 Starrcade. Would the newly inducted Hall of Famers walk out champions, or could the talented team of Steamboat and Youngblood pull off the victory?

Championship Wrestling: Eddie & Mike Graham vs. Don Carson & Sardo The Magnificent April 15, 2008 | Approx. run time: 7 mins.
Catch this rare match featuring the father and son duo of Eddie and Mike Graham as they take on Don Carson and Sardo The Magnificent. Although footage is hard to find, 24/7 Online is one of the few places you can watch this newly inducted Hall of Famer in action!

Raw: Rock "This is Your Life" September 27, 1999 | Approx. run time: 20 mins.
The Rock and Mick Foley had two of the most successful careers as singles wrestlers. However, when they teamed up and formed "The Rock and Sock Connection," they became one of the most popular tag teams in WWE history. Mick Foley (as Mankind) was honored to be partners with The Rock and gave him a presentation that The Rock and WWE fans would never forget.

King of the Ring: Roddy Piper vs. Jerry Lawler June 16, 1994 | Approx. run time: 24 mins.

It was the battle of the loudmouths at the 1994 King of the Ring. Jerry Lawler was never afraid to speak his mind and insult another man's family. However, things got too personal between Lawler and Piper after an edition of The King's Court. Roddy Piper returned to the ring for the first time in more than two years to shut The King up. Jerry Lawler always had tricks up his sleeve and this match was no different. However, would it be enough to defeat a riled-up Hot Rod?

One Night Only: Shawn Michaels vs. British Bulldog September 20, 1997 | Approx. run time: 31 mins.
The British Bulldog defended the European Championship for one of the first times ever in Europe. Shawn Michaels at the time was one of the most hated loudmouths in the world. In one of the first true meetings between DX and The Hart Foundation, find out which faction would come back to America with the European Championship.

Kind of a "meh" update. Lawler vs Piper is awful (and closed the show!) if memory serves.

As typical, could be worse could be better. Lovin the Raws and am interested to see the Briscos' Starrcade match. Everything else is certainly watchable but not must-watch.

This may be a long shot, but does anyone have the date or even the year for the Eddie & Mike Graham vs. Don Carson & Sardo The Magnificent match?

I finally got a chance to watch some of the videos.

I guess I was expecting a classic between the Briscos and Steamboat/Youngblood but it was just alright. Probably really good for the time I suppose.

The Grahams' match was clipped to hell but I think that's how it was originally taped and had Solie dubbed over it.

Piper/Lawler was quite awful. They even kept the clip of Maryland's governor proclaiming Hulk Hogan as his favorite wrestler in 1994. The hijinx w/ the kid was terrible. They should have just had him cut that promo before the match and leave. Speaking of horrible, Piper's bagpipe players were embarassing to listen to. Did they even know what song they were supposed to be playing? Just sounded like disjointed noise. Where were the guys and gals from WrestleMania I?

I saw JR's blurb about Flair/Rhodes. Nice touch to have him put over Sting when talking about Flair/Sting. I'm guessing they'll use footage of that interview for Flair's new dvd. Pure awesomeness seeing Rhodes get "Common Man" dubbed in for his Starrcade 1984 entrance.

New update for May - "High Flying".

Raw: Episode 28
August 2, 1993 | Approx. run time: 39 mins.

After weeks of taunting Macho Man, Doink the Clown finally gets a chance at the former WWE Champion. Randy Savage promised a surprise and you won't believe what it is! Plus, Adam Bomb and the WWE Tag Team Champions, The Steiner Brothers are in action! Finally, what does Smokey Mountain Wrestling have to do with Monday Night Raw? Bobby Heenan will fill you in as two of the greatest managers unite in WWE. You don't want to miss this Raw.

Raw: Episode 29
August 9, 1993 | Approx. run time: 39 mins.

Before Hornswoggle, there was The Macho Midget. The Macho Midget makes his wrestling debut tagging with The Bushwhackers on this edition of Raw. Also, the big contract signing between Yokozuna and Lex Luger takes place. This is their first face-to-face confrontation since Yokozuna's bodyslam challenge, so you can be sure there will be some heated words between the two heavyweights.

History of the Intercontinental Title: Part XI
May 1, 2008 | Approx. run time: 47 mins.

Bret Hart's Intercontinental Title reign was the beginning of the successful singles career of Hitman. Get an inside look at Bret Hart's championship reign as he battles The Mountie. This edition is full of twists and turns and a Hot-Rod!

Introducing: Chris Jericho
May 1, 2008 | Approx. run time: 10 mins.

A few months ago WWE 24/7 Online featured the debut of Y2J in WWE. However, Jericho had wrestled in WCW before that. Chris Jericho gives an exclusive interview about what it was like being backstage with the likes of Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, Randy Savage and other legends. Then catch Jericho's WCW debut as he battles Alex Wright. This is one debut not to be missed!

Velocity: Paul London vs. Akio
September 18, 2004 | Approx. run time: 15 mins.

WWE Velocity might not have been one of the most watched WWE programs, but it certainly had some amazing matches. Paul London and Akio always stole the show when they wrestled each other. In fact, their matches were so good, we couldn't decide which one to feature. Therefore, we chose two matches for your viewing pleasure. If you haven't seen these two Superstars wrestle, then you're in for a treat!

Wrestling Hot-Beds: Canada
May 1, 2008 | Approx. run time: 61 mins.

This month Wrestling Hot-Beds visits Canada to pay tribute to high-flying and technical wrestlers born North of the border. From Bret and Owen Hart to Edge and Trish Stratus, Hot-Beds takes a fantastic look at some of Canada's most popular Superstars. Also, if you're enjoying Hot-Beds you won't want to miss next month's, as it will be the most original hour WWE 24/7 Online has ever presented.

WCW Halloween Havoc: Rey Mysterio vs. Eddie Guerrero
October 26, 1997 | Approx. run time: 17 mins.

Rey Mysterio and Eddie Guerrero had some of the greatest matches together throughout the years. However, their encounter at Halloween Havoc might rank as their greatest. This match featured many close pinfalls and counters, including some moves never seen before. It not only set the bar for all the other matches that evening, but it also set the bar for ever single cruiserweight match to ever follow.

MSG: The Rockers vs. Hart Foundation
November 25, 1989 | Approx. run time: 24 mins.

The Hart Foundation and The Rockers found themselves facing each other countless times in the late '80s. This MSG classic is one of their greatest battles. Would The Hart Foundation be able to ground The Rockers, or would the high-flying specialists score an upset?

ECW: Rob Van Dam vs. Too Cold Scorpio
May 1, 2008 | Approx. run time: 28 mins.

You can't do a high-flying month on 24/7 Online without featuring the man with The Five Star Frog Splash, Rob Van Dam. RVD wasn't the only one in the ring with high-flying skills, as Too Cold Scorpio also could be seen flying off the top rope. This match has it all, high-flying, extreme rules and a crowd that ate up every minute of it.

WrestleMania XX: Cruiserweight Invitational
March 14, 2004 | Approx. run time: 14 mins.

Chavo Guerrero wasn't very happy about defending his Cruiserweight Championship against every cruiserweight in the WWE locker room. With the odds stacked against Chavo, find out if he would be able to defeat the likes of Jamie Noble, Billy Kidman, Tajiri and Rey Mysterio!

Some interesting choices - I definitely approve of the way they put Velocity's history of great matches (and low ratings) over with two London/Akio matches.

From top to bottom, this may be the best 10-video block they have put out since starting this format. No must-skip vids this month, just some quality rasslin.

EDIT - Checked out the IC Title Part XI video. One of the more entertaining episodes. Angle-heavy but still had a wrestling classic at the end of the ep. Here's the lineup for non-subscribers:
Bret Hart vs Mountie - SuperStars (Angle alert)
Bret Hart accepts 1991 WWF SuperStar of the Year Award (SuperStars)
Interview w/ The Mountie (Challenge)
Quick clip of Mountie winning the IC Title w/ a Roddy Piper run-in on the side
IC Title - Mountie vs Roddy Piper (RR92)
IC Title - Roddy Piper vs Mountie (SNME)
Roddy Piper vs Shawn Michaels (March to WMVIII)
IC Title - Roddy Piper vs Bret Hart (WMVIII)
Clip from The Hitman's dvd of Roddy Piper talking about the WMVIII match
According to Jack Scarpoochi, next month's IC Title episode will have Bret Hart in matches against The Model Rick Martel, Shawn Michaels, and The British Bulldog.

Haven't had a chance to sit through the Hot Bed episode based about Canada but I skimmed through it enough to fetch a lineup:
Women's Title - Lita vs Trish Stratus (Unforgiven 06)
US Title - Lance Storm vs General Rection (Fall Brawl 2000)
WWF Tag Titles - Quebecers vs Bret and Owen Hart (RR94, JIP)
WWF Championship - Steel Cage - Bob Backlund vs Pat Patterson (9/24/79 MSG, JIP)
IC Title - Edge vs Chris Jericho vs Batista (SummerSlam 04)

The date graphic for the first Akio / London match says December 2nd, but it's obviously from sometime in September (they show the beginning of the Kidman / London feud, mention the 'season premiere' of SmackDown).

I'm still sour they skipped from Aug of 1988 to April of 1990. I hope they at least plop the Warrior/Rude match from SS89 on a future update.

As for RAW 28, I've seen bigger Costcos than that venue.

Are they wrestling in a warehouse on Raw 28? It looks awful.

Does it say Fernwood on a banner?

I hate to say it but Jack has become much more bearable of an announcer than when he started the show. Either that or having to listen to Mike Adamle makes someone like him seem OK.

I think that's a different building. I know Fernwood has hosted some Raws and Action Zone tapings in 1994/95.

As for Scarpoochi, I don't actively hate the guy, but he's got to be the most generic WWE pitchman in quite some time (and that's saying something). I'm guessing Vince loves Jack's hair.

I think Revenge of the Taker was at the Fernwood place too.

Fernwood's a resort auditorium in my area. I attended my first live wrestling show there, a live Raw and taping in November of '93.

Yes I finally got myself a broadband connection and went ahead a signed up for a month of WWE 24/7 online, just to see how I like it.
