    WWE General Discussion-November 2008

Did Low Ki get signed by WWE following his try-out match, as I read over at Gerweck that he was being considered for a feud with Rey Mysterio?

When you look at each brands respective roster pages, you cant help but notice that alot wrestlers are scarcely seen on TV so should WWE invest in a HEAT/Velocity esqe show to facilitate them? Theres certainly room for another show and most definetley the guys on the roster to fill it, I was thinking it would be kind of cool to create a D show that is multibranded, so you get an ECW match, a SD match and a RAW match with various promos and highlights dotted in between. The show could have its own governer/governing body to create a differant atmosphere to that of HEAT/Velocity because I think they would definetley need to shy away from a likeness to those shows as they truly died a death near the end. Could a D show legitimatley help raise the profiles of some of the lowercard guys? Over to you.

Does anybody know whatever happened to Caprice Coleman who worked NWA Wildside, ROH and a few HEAT/Velocity matches?

Does anybody else think that WWE should call up current FCW trainer Norman Smiley? I mean seriously, the Big Wiggle in a WWE ring, its the stuff of dreams. Since their throwing out their usual jobbers ie: Richards; Delaney; Highlanders, etc, who better to fill the Horowitz void than Mr.Smiley himself? Make it happen WWE

    WWE Raw (8/18/2008)

I thought that Punk looked great against Batista, he was booked as being one step ahead for the entire match, granted he couldve done with a clean win but it still made its point that Punk is a big league player and can hang with the top dogs. Then he gets a second extremley solid win over JBL to further establish him, I think he's in a good position right now and the scramble will be used to further his 'thinking mans champion' routine, whilst most likely setting up his next singles match. The RAW match was bog standard booking in respect of the face getting screwed by an outside distraction and the heel gaining a cheap win. Now I expect the issue here is that Y2J and Punk wernt emrboiled in a feud so the win is slightly random. Sure, but it adds jeopardy to Punk's upcoming title defence AND puts Jericho into a top contenders spot. Truthfully this loss hasnt hurt Punk, only added further interest and given him more odds to overcome, which a face always needs. Moving on, can anbody else see Santino vs D'Lo vs Kofi happening at Unforgiven? I think this would be a sweet, sweet match and really get the ball rolling in the new look IC division.

Hiroshi Tanahashi vs AJ Styles NJPW Match

I've googled it, dailymotioned and youtubed it to no avail. Does anyone have this match to download or know of a site that I can view it on? Many thanks, BDB

    WWE Draft 2008

    >>Smackdown Shawn Michaels Umaga Chris Jericho CM Punk Trevor Murdoch Elijah Burke <<Raw Batista Undertaker Finlay Mark Henry Deuce/Domino/Maryse This would leave a situation where most of the larger heavyweight MErs would be on RAW and the lightheavys would be on Smackdown! giving both brands a more individual feel to them. RAW ME Scene HHH John Cena Batista Randy Orton Jeff Hardy Undertaker JBL Ken Kennedy William Regal SD! ME Scene Edge Shawn Michaels Big Show Chris Jericho Rey Mysterio Matt Hardy CM Punk M.V.P Great Khali Depending on which night ECW was taped, you could lend performers from both brands so thats a no-brainer, however I think if WWE seriosuly wants ECW to pull ratings, then it needs to take a risk and put some of their bigger stars on the show. Rey Mysterio is said star IMO, as he would be accepted as ECW World Champion, attract his legions of fans and have compelling feuds on the table will Chavo(renewed over the belt), Kane(bigman/lil man), John Morrison, Shelton Benjamin, Kofi Kingston and Mike Knox, amongst others.

    WWE Raw (4/14/2008)

Does anybody have the actual name of that head drop suplex that Regal did on Orton? It looked like a Reverse Fishermans Suplex if that helps?

    ECW on Sci-Fi (4/15/2008)

I really liked that Adamle put over Jimmy Wang Yang for staying alive despite taking a beating for the bulk of the match, thats a good point that I havn't heard mentioned on a wrestling show before. I think Mike will find his feet soon enough.
