I have been dying for a Jericho/Mysterio program since Rey came to WWE. I love Morrison, but he could sue some building up as a babyface before jumping into a feud with one of the top heels in the company.

I posted this as a MySpace blog already, and I don't have the energy to rewrite my opinions, so I'm copying and pasting. Yeah, it contains information you already know on top of my opinions, but whatever: For 14 years, ever since I started watching football regularly (before that, it was just the Super Bowl each January and I didn't even know all the rules of the game) the Packers have been my favorite team and Brett Favre has been my favorite player. But while the Packers will always be my team, I'm thisclose to washing my hands of all things Favre. I was never too bothered by the "will he or won't he return" drama in Green Bay because I wanted to know. I wanted him to come back and play for the Packers. He was my favorite; a guy I looked up to. Then there was last year's offseason when he retired (the first time). I actually shed some tears with him during his retirement press conference. I was angered and disappointed by the way things went down last summer with him deciding to come back (that part excited me) and the subsequent trade to New York (that part did not), but I blamed management just as much as Favre on that fiasco. It was 50/50. Both sides screwed up. Thus, I supported him last year. The Jets were/are in a different conference than the Packers and didn't play each other, so I wanted New York to do well. I wanted Brett to play well because I was a fan of his, and I wanted the Jets to do well because the better they finished, the higher draft pick the Packers would get from them. Fast forward to early 2009. Brett, after a decent 2/3 of a season and subsequent meltdown in the final 5 games that the Jets played, chose to retire. Again. While it wasn't the way I wanted to see him go out, not even quarterbacking the final play in a loss that helped drive the nail into the team's coffin, I accepted it. I could appreciate all that he did for the Packers over his decade and a half of service with the team. He was still Brett f'ing Favre, after all. Not long ago, the Jets drafted Mark Sanchez to be their quarterback of the future. Following this move, Brett Favre was released. People speculated that he asked for his release (he had 1 year left on his contract), but it was later confirmed that the Jets' management made the decision on their own. Now, for the last few days, it's been all over the media that Favre is meeting today and tomorrow with Vikings coach Brad Childress (a man not even Vikings fans like, frequently brandishing "Fire Childress" signs at games) to discuss a possible return. Of course, Minnesota was the team Brett wanted to be dealt to or to sign with if the Packers granted him his release. Fucking Minnesota. Green Bay's #2 rival behind the Bears. For all the love and respect I have had for Brett Favre over the years, this is the last straw. To be honest, if he came back now, after retiring TWICE, to play for any team, I'd lose a lot of respect for him. No need to risk bastardizing his legacy any more. He's about to turn 40 and has a bad arm, anyway. But if he comes back for the Vikings, of all teams, Brett will manage to immediately drop from "all time favorite" to "biggest douche in football". The sole reason for such action would be to "stick it" to the Packers. How petty can a man be? The guy's about to turn 40, not 14. How utterly childish. This whole situation just sickens me. I just hope Brett can salvage what's left of his legacy (and dignity, for that matter) and stick to his decision to retire from the game. If that's not how things go down, and if he ends up in purple for the 2009 season, I hope he gets exactly what would be coming to him.

Hopefully we'll see Tyson Kidd do something as well. I thought they were done pushing him after back to back losses to Evan Bourne and then he got pinned by fucking Hornswoggle. But that pin over Finlay last week got Kidd back on the right track, so we'll see what they do with him now.

Okay, so the trend of YKRG being an asshole for no reason has now extended to other forums. YKRG, what did I ever do to you? Why do you feel the need to say negative things about me on multiple forums? Prior to you exhibiting this behavior, I had no idea who you were since we had never had any interaction. So why the hostility? Since your attitude toward me is far from the only problem you've been having (and I wouldn't be so annoyed if that was it) I'm giving you one chance to explain why you're acting the way you're acting, and why I shouldn't ban you right now. Might as well put the admin powers to good use. We don't need another goldengreek here, and that's what you're becoming. Thus, you have 48 hours to plead your case. Go.

Ugh... Tyson Kidd lost again. It was his first singles loss, but he's jobbed to Evan Bourne 3 times and has lost 4 of his last 5 matches. Also, it's funny that Tiffany had to tell us it was Zack Ryder. I didn't even recognize him, and I like the guy. His style kind of reminded me of my friends in Attitude Inc. They're not wearing purple in the picture, but Danny, the guy on the left, usually does wear purple like Ryder was tonight:

I think too much time off before tonight hurt LA, but that's no excuse. The Lakers just got outplayed on their home floor. I expected this series to go 6, but I wasn't worried that Houston would win until tonight. It's amazing how much better this team is without Tracy McGrady. I wonder if Karc will come out of the woodwork now. He hasn't so much as logged in since the Lakers eliminated the Jazz.

Well shit... MVP's losing to Cody Rhodes. You know Batista isn't losing. Orton & Rhodes vs. Batista & Shane.

That was a really good game between Detroit and Anaheim. I enjoyed it about as much as I could enjoy a game between two teams I hate. The Ducks won (in triple overtime!) which is never cause for celebration, but I do hope that this series goes to 7 games of quality playoff hockey. I want whoever the winner may be to come out o this series tired and beaten down so that they fall to Chicago or Vancouver in the conference finals. I don't mind the Canucks or Blackhawks, but I sure as hell don't want to see the Ducks or Wings in the Cup Finals.

I just finished watching game 7 about an hour ago from the DVR since I was unable to watch live. I'm really proud of the Bulls for playing so well in what was undoubtedly the best first round series of all time. But it really sucks that the officiating decided at least 1 game, if not 2, and then the officiating in game 7, as others have said, was horrible for both sides. I guess Karc's never coming back...

That was a really good show. We need Jeff vs. Rey 1 on 1. I wonder why they changed the #1 contender's match from the 5 man scramble with Khali and J-Mo?

None that I've seen. But I've been playing the game a lot lately, save for the last 2 days, and it's incredible. Make sure you up the difficulty.

Jesus tittyfucking Christ. The Bulls did everything they could to try to throw that game away, eh? But before I get to the positives, I must say this- I am not one to criticize the officiating, and I think the refs are good 95% of the time. They were good for 99% of this game, too. But after the officiating played a huge part in costing the Bulls the last game, they almost got fucked in this one, too. That 6th foul call on Gordon was one of the worst I have ever seen. That being said, Celtics fans should be lining up to suck Ray Allen's dick tonight. He was unbelievable, and was pretty much the sole reason there was even any overtime to begin with. Great game from him. John Salmons looked amazing for the Bulls, and Brad Miller was clutch. What a great game and series. I just hope game 7 is more of the same, and not at all similar to Boston/Atlanta game 7 from last year.

Fuck you, Paul Pierce. And Ray Allen. And Brad Miller tonight, even though I love ya. Man... If not for Pierce's shot tonight and Allen's 3 the other day, the Bulls would have this series won 4-1. Now it's 3-2 Boston. I expect Chicago to win game 6, but a game 7 in Boston? Eh...
