Nash is done for

I'm hearing from some other boards that Nash might have torn his ACL. Which of course means he's probably gonna be out for a year or so.

Damn... it's getting sadder by the minute.

Nobody deserves that. Honestly.

Okay, now that is too bad. I do find the whole situation funny as hell, but I hoped he wouldn't be too seriously injured.

That really is heartless for most to take that lightly, and for a man of his age and even hieght for that matter, it truly is a tragic thing.

I think the majority of the board got whiplash tonight, going 180 from hating Nash to feeling sorry for him. Hey, I feel bad for the guy, but it's still kinda funny to go from this:

"Nash beats Booker in six seconds. I hate him!"

To this:

"Oh, man. I hope he's OK..."

I think the initial shock/humor is wearing off, and it's starting to settle in that the man's career mat be over.

Torn ACL = (N)

You never to see it happen to anyone, the only good news is that he can come back. Torn ACLs have become almost everyday in major sports. He can be back by the RR, I think.

I'm just trying to look at the bright side...

Yeah it's really great isn't it? A guy losing his job. Hardee har har.

But Nash is old and he has bad knees to begin with, and Vince must be seethign right now.

If this is true, then shit. Nobody deserves that, and if anybody really is laughing at the fact that he's injured... Ugh. I'm giving everyone here the benefit of the doubt.

Hopefully, more tests will bring better news...

If Nash tore is ACL, his carrer is over. Period. The man's knees have been shot to hell for years and he can't take anymore. What a bad situation.

Like I said, at the time and under the circumstances, it was funny, but there is nothing funny about major knee surgery or the end of someone's career.

Good points. He already does have knee problems. If his career is over, it's too bad. Hopefully, like someone said before me, tests will show that it's not too bad.

Okay, now THAT really sucks. :|

I'll admit to not liking Nash, as he practically wrecked WCW in 98-99, but that sucks to happen to a guy.

I hope his career is over. Nash tearing his quad is great news to me. Feel sorry for him yeah right. He is a millionaire who can bang hot chicks. Its not like he needs this job now maybe some young talent who might actually need the money will be able to come up. Why do you guys feel sorry for someone who showed the business so little respect.

Why do you act Kevin Nash killed your Family. He is a Businessman...You're stuck in your little "Beniot is the greatest" world...Bottom line is...Kevin Nash is always gonna be over and Beniot will be only LUCKY if he can get a reaction.

I didn't Care that Beniot broke his neck...I smiled when I heard the news...I thought maybe you idiots would finally shut the hell up but no...The man's myth grew larger to the 1242 of us but me. He is and always will be a Personality devoid jobber that can only blame himself for never getting over.

I think that anyone with any maturity is really sorry for what happened. Yes, the timing was completely ironic, but the next time we're all ranting about wrestlers we hate and say "I hope he gets injured," we should stop and remember this.

I don't like Nash. I didn't want him the ring. But I didn't want it to go down like this.

We should also remember that everyone--young, old, healthy, injured, is just a trip or some botched timing away from an injury that messes up their body forever or ends their career. This is one of the reasons why I think it was a mistake to bring so many of the old guys back, never mind the politics/drawing potential. Their bodies aren't as hardy, reflexes are slower, and they don't heal as well. They're at extra risk. Something like this could happen to Hogan or Flair very easily.

And if Triple H is planning an early comeback, he should also think about what just happened to his buddy.

Do I really need to even comment on what a fuckhead you are?

If it were serious I would care but come on all he did was tear a quad. It may suck for him but its not life threatening and after some rehab he will be as good as knew. I still hope his career if over because he no longer deserves to be placed into main events based on past history.
