Hmmmm, is Rocky still "instant ratings"?

We all hear many say that Rocky = Ratings, and that very will might be. We've seen in the past how he can help out, but, how much truth does that statement hold now? Yes he returns on Smackdown, and it has been promoted out the ass, even on RAW, but will the show pull in the ratings like his "returns" have in the past? Are the Rocky fans who have been away durring his departure going to tune in, or are the remaining fans he does have already watching SD already. In short...

 

...just how much will Rocky prove of use this time? Pick the rating you feel that he will come closest to bringing in, let's see who can get the closest!

In all honesty, even though The Rock is my favorite wrestler, I hope the show does sorta bad ratings so they'll realize that even big stars making their returns after lengthy absences can't help them anymore.

I went for 3.5. I want the show to keep doing horrible ratings, so maybe they'll remove Stephanie from the booking committee.

I feel optomistic about this show, and it is starting to get better. And I'll highly doubt many people will watch baseball now, and will Triple H be in the nWo...4 seems right.

That was what I voted as well. While The Rock has proven to be a very good draw for ratings, the current ratings "turmoil" that the WWE is experiencing might be something that can't be fixed by a hotshot Rocky return for two months. It's always nice to see a good established superstar return to the spotlight but one must wonder when will Vince begin to push his younger and rising stars. That is all.

I'm predicting a slight rating jump. But I think they are missing something very important here.

 

IS THE ROCK GONNA ACTUALLY WRESTLE ANYBODY WHEN HE RETURNS?

 

Now, I know the answer is yes, but do the marks know that? The last big return for them was Shawn Micheals, and some of them are proabably still wondering why he isn't wrestling.

 

They should have hyped a return MATCH for the Rock. Not with Taker, because that should be PPV material. But with someone relatively high up like Angle, even if it ends in Taker interference.

 

Then there's Kevin Nash's big "return." Now I don't want to drag that into another thread, but it things like this that really rob the hype from other returns.

3.7 seems about right to me...little spike i guess...
