Guest Jobber of the Week Posted July 16, 2002 Report Posted July 16, 2002 Went on a board the other day with a whole lot of marks to see what's currently thought about the current scene of wrestling, what with today's dwaning interest and whatnot. The results are both funny, sad, and interesting at the same time. Enjoy: I'm sure he (Lesnar) will win, regardless of who he wrestles. This company is in dire need of an infusion of fresh blood. It almost seems like the same three or four guys have been rotating in and out of the main events for years. Sweet God I hope not. I can't stand Lesner. He just reeks of Goldberg. And all his matches fall intot he exact same template. Typical Lesner match -Walks into ring -grunts -gets his ass handed to him -grunts -Heyman interferes -grunts -hits the F5 -grunts -pins -grunts -leaves I can't stand him. I just know that if he somehow wins the title, he is going to go on a winning streak ala Goldberg. At any rate, he's still better than 90% of the idiots out there. Jamie Noble? Where do they come up with these people? I think there are alot of new and fresh faces in the WWE right now, they just need the chances to get a freakin title! 12 years ago, Undertaker comes to the WWE and wins the WWE Title! These days, people like Maven get a shot and nearly win but get screwed. Why cant they just let someone new with lots of talent to win the title, or at least make a big impact and win the I.C. title or something. They said the NWO was dead, and there is only one thing that could possibly (although I probably have a better chance of being struck by lightening while winning the lottery, while fucking Britney Spears) come of this. DX. WWE needs a new edgy stable. They managed to fuck the NWO up royally, but I think that if they brought DX back, they could really boost ratings. I would kill my neighbours to see Shawn and HHH in the same stable again. I don't watch WWE whem anybody over 40 is the champ, their story lines suck, the undertaker has no real skill, they should have let Jeff win, it would for once shake things up. Get wrestling to the "whats going to happen next" not "how is the undertaker going to win?" Wrestling is so stupid I want to blow it up. It's so scripted, so stupid! I hope it's ratings go down the pits so it can be cancelled (A smark in training? ;D Hey! Hey! Watch it! No, stop with the rotten fruit!) Tonights RAW blew. HARD. I fell asleep somewhere between Jeff Hardy having the day-glo shit kicked out of him and RVD talking. Had it not been for the phone, I'd still be asleep. WWE has taken a turn for the worse lately. Almsot all of their talent (well the good ones anyways) are injured. The writers seem to have gone right out fo their fucking minds. wwe sucks....its basically wcw now with useless matches and loser old 60 child molesters like hulk hogan and rick flair.... yea his (Austin's) char was heading in the wrong direction, i thought he was going to be used to push up the midcarders but o well. The Smackdown Crew and Raw crew need to "sabatage" the others set more... like for Raw have "Smackdown" writting on the Titantron. AND STOP DOING THE SAME ENDING FOR EVERY MATCH!!! Its ALWAYS "ohh the ref got knocked out and here comes x to hit sombody with a chair and they get screwed out of the belt" Billy Gunn used to be the best wrestler ever In the end, I love wrestling and definitely respect the athletes who perform in it...but I will always..ALWAYS..hate.......Curt Angle!!! OIHOI#HI@BN@@@!!!1 And yes, those are all actually real. Even the last one. And yes, I can picture Anglesault going out and committing bloody murder for that. =b
