I often used to read that the voice she used as a heel was fake anyways....so is she using her real voice to be a face?

Her "shrieking" as you put it was totally an act, at least that's the way it always seemed to me. Back when she was face and the Undertaker kidnapped her, she didn't sound that way, and she doesn't sound that way now, so I think that pretty much ices it.

Her voice was damn annoying. Now she just needs to: not talk as much and not put her self over wrestlers and the other 60% will be solved.

Actually the way to tell if Stephanie is a face or heel is based on her hair... if it's nice and straight, she's a face. if it's all crimped and teased out, she's a heel. Unless she now going to be a more business-like heel GM. Looks like Jericho is turning on her though, which is a good thing.
