NWA:TNA - The Number One American Wrestling Company hires Vince McMahon and jobs him to Mike Sanders in a loser-is-retarded match (no offense to the handicapped)
Guest BorneAgain Posted July 19, 2002 Report Posted July 19, 2002 Jackie Gayda is finally bulldogged by Trish
Guest redbaron51 Posted July 19, 2002 Report Posted July 19, 2002 The triple H haters actually like Triple H
Guest HartFan86 Posted July 19, 2002 Report Posted July 19, 2002 Chris Benoit is made Heavyweight Champi....wait, that's a BAD thing...I forgot...SORRY VINCE.
Guest art_vandelay Posted July 20, 2002 Report Posted July 20, 2002 The time machine is invented, and a wrestling fan travels back to the Summer of 2001 in hopes of recreating the famed Invasion angle with a slight change. Vince McMahon's WWF is invaded by Shane McMahon's WCW and Stephanie McMahon's ECW. All fall victim to Linda McMahon as she forays into the war with her newly acquisitioned, WOW: Women of Wrestling. Beat downs are delivered in the coming weeks to such superstars as Steve Austin and Bradshaw by the likes of Lana Star, Jane Blond, Becky the Farmer's Daughter, and Jacklyn Hyde. A swimsuit competition featuring such performers as Rob Van Dam and Jim Ross is hyped for an upcoming PPV.
Guest BigTim2002 Posted July 20, 2002 Report Posted July 20, 2002 I kinda like what Art's thinking... Oh yeah...if that happened...I'd die
Guest evenflowDDT Posted July 20, 2002 Report Posted July 20, 2002 Actually I think the strangest thing is, the announcers didn't even mention it. I mean, they've seen Kidman matches before, and if he DIDN'T reverse it for once, they might have made note of that. They don't have to be "in on it", but they can at least notice it. Oh, right... I've gotta be in on this with my own bad joke. Hmmm.... since Kidman was powerbombed, the fabric of the universe is torn apart, and the worlds of the dead and the living and the past and the present come together, meaning that SummerSlam will be main-evented by an Andre the Giant vs. Mabel vs. The World's Fattest Twins (who also wrestled somewhere I believe) in a 2 on 1 on 1 semi-handicap bodyslam match, and a 4-Horsemen (Tully, Arn, Flair, Benoit) vs. Dudleyz (Bubba, Big Dick, D'von, Lil' Spike) tag match.
Guest NoSelfWorth Posted July 20, 2002 Report Posted July 20, 2002 HGH finally comes off the 'roids, and looks good at his natural weight of 200lbs.
Guest Ravenbomb Posted July 20, 2002 Report Posted July 20, 2002 Nostalgia continues, as Jackie Gayda takes on an evil Crocodile Dundee-ish character and start's using the 'Gayda Buster' for her finisher... Kidman? Powerbombed? This is truely a dark day for wrestling...

Guest M Nyland Posted July 20, 2002 Report Posted July 20, 2002 I think Linda would rather bring in NJPW...cause with her enthusiasm...she has to be a Lyger mark
Guest evenflowDDT Posted July 20, 2002 Report Posted July 20, 2002 Nah, she'll bring in SPCW! Ken the Box vs. Kane vs. Undertaker vs. Big Show... DESTROY ALL MONSTERS~!
Guest Anglesault Posted July 21, 2002 Report Posted July 21, 2002 From a non-cruiser fan. Is there a reason we should CARE that Billy "Short Shorts" kidman got powerbombed?
Guest evenflowDDT Posted July 21, 2002 Report Posted July 21, 2002 From a non-cruiser fan. Is there a reason we should CARE that Billy "Short Shorts" kidman got powerbombed? Kinda. It's always been one of his transition moves to NOT get powerbombed, kinda like how Bubba Dudley would always miss the Senton. We're so used to seeing him flip out of the powerbomb or miss the sention that when they finally hit the move it's a bit of a shock.
Guest Jobber of the Week Posted July 21, 2002 Report Posted July 21, 2002 From a non-cruiser fan. Is there a reason we should CARE that Billy "Short Shorts" kidman got powerbombed? I believe it's a Schiavone quote, that's appeared in Keith's recaps before: "YOU CAN'T POWERBOMB KIDMAN!!!!"
Guest Your Olympic Hero Posted July 21, 2002 Report Posted July 21, 2002 kinda like how Bubba Dudley would always miss the Senton Or when Arn Anderson would always try that pump splash and hit the knees of his opponent, then sell it like he'd been hit in the ribs with a baseball bat.
Guest CoreyLazarus416 Posted July 21, 2002 Report Posted July 21, 2002 Or when Angle would miss the moonsault, and when he finally hit it, we were amazed... OR, better yet, when Kevin Nash finally jobbed cleanly (vs. Booker T, Fall Brawl 2000).
