Guest HartFan86 Posted July 24, 2002 Report Posted July 24, 2002 Being from Maine, I'll so TOTALLY be there. Edit: Credit: 1wrestling.com
Guest Kingpk Posted July 24, 2002 Report Posted July 24, 2002 That's pretty sweet, I just may look into tickets.
Guest converge241 Posted July 24, 2002 Report Posted July 24, 2002 I have to go . I love the Rumble. I wish it would come back to the Provicednce Civic Center though.
Guest saturnmark4life Posted July 24, 2002 Report Posted July 24, 2002 Boston mass eh? could this be the hometown boy SATURN'S first rumble win? sources say maybe.
Guest SteveyP93 Posted July 24, 2002 Report Posted July 24, 2002 And then the sources said...HELL NO!
Guest Anglesault Posted July 24, 2002 Report Posted July 24, 2002 Nah, it should be Angle's first win.
Guest Choken One Posted July 24, 2002 Report Posted July 24, 2002 Damn...I will NEVER get to see the Rumble Live. It's always 200 Miles from here. (Bos, Atl, NO, MSG, Anaheim, San Jose, SA, ??, Tampa, Ri, Sacramento, Albany, )...Yes, I can remember the venues for every rumbles.
Guest JMTapes Posted July 25, 2002 Report Posted July 25, 2002 North Andover, MA, babee!!!! I'm there. -Jim
Guest evenflowDDT Posted July 25, 2002 Report Posted July 25, 2002 maybe Albert will bring it home Dammit, you beat me to the joke. I hope "home town hero" Albert doesn't make an appearance (that'd be bad enough) in a match and win just to "appease the home crowd". Maybe if he was on the HeAT match... no, 'cuz then he'd be getting the job over my man, the "HeAT exclusive talent" Raven!
Guest saturnmark4life Posted July 25, 2002 Report Posted July 25, 2002 should point out albert ranks behind saturn as wrestlers from boston.
Guest wolverine Posted July 25, 2002 Report Posted July 25, 2002 "(Bos, Atl, NO, MSG, Anaheim, San Jose, SA, ??, Tampa, Ri, Sacramento, Albany, )...Yes, I can remember the venues for every rumbles." The ?? is Fresno, CA (1996).
Guest nl5xsk1 Posted July 25, 2002 Report Posted July 25, 2002 I'd rather a different PPV than the Rumble be here in Boston. While the Rumble is fun to watch on TV, I think that live it's probably more fun waiting to see who's coming out next compared to watching the match itself. I'd rather have a different PPV with more real matches than one with a long battle royal ... ... having said that, I'm so getting tickets.
Guest CoreyLazarus416 Posted July 25, 2002 Report Posted July 25, 2002 Boston mass eh? could this be the hometown boy SATURN'S first rumble win? sources say maybe. TECHNICALLY, Saturn's hometown is Cleveland, OH. He just moved to Boston to train at Killer Kowalski's school in Walden. If I didn't hate FleetCenter for its lack of good seats (I refuse to pay extra for front-row or groundfloor, as I like balconies), I'd go. Why won't they ever come back to the Worcester Centrum, dammit?! Not a single bad seat in the house, and since business doesn't seem to be that good currently as far as attendance goes, the Centrum would be a good place to go.

Sadly, I think the Centrum is getting too old, and has been replaced by the places in Lowell and Manchester NH. The capacities are about the same, but everything else is newer so probably is more agreeable to the TV crews, sound guys, etc.
Guest saturnmark4life Posted July 25, 2002 Report Posted July 25, 2002 well ok boston is officially where satullo was transformed into the SATURN i know and love.
Guest Zack Malibu Posted July 25, 2002 Report Posted July 25, 2002 Boston, huh? Being in RI, I think it's safe to say that I'll once again be live at a Royal Rumble. Hell, from this thread alone it sounds like it'll be a Smartmarks convention
