How in the hell did Cripple H do that to Shawn? He was in the ring when it happened and he used it as an alleby to Jericho. Was this cleared up and I just missed ti or it another WWE logic gap?

He did it before he came out...it wasn't stated how long HBK was lying there.

It didn't happen WHILE he was in the ring. There was no way all those guys in the parking lot could've gotten word had he not been lying there for awhile.

i wish Jericho had pointed that out, because that was an obvious answer. But instead Jericho had to stand around looking totally shamed by the rapier wit of Hunter Hearst Helmsley.

Jericho's character isn't of a "Intelligent Mastermind"...So why would he?

And the other thing that pissed me off was HHH saying that Jericho didn't have the balls to try something like that.

Yeah. What's so special about HBK that Jericho wouldn't attack him?

Here's another shovelful of dirt for you to dig yourself out from under Chris, courtesy your ol' pal HHH.

Maybe he would because he already pointed out that HHH pedigree's Shawn. He would be providing more evidence against HHH. But it doesn't really matter. I don't think whether Jericho said it or not would of made a difference.

So what the hell is he? A whiny bitch who plays second fiddle to the bigger blonde guys on the roster?

I thought that was kinda weird too...you don't need much guts to attack ppl. from behind. Did anyone else catch HHH calling Jericho a "bitter little man". Don't know why, but I thought that was kinda funny...

They never SAID it happened while he was in the ring. They FOUND Shawn when HHH was in the ring. Could've happened before that. Use your imagination..

Well, of course lets not forget that the Un American Trio was in the cage on Smackdown, and then they magically got into the Limo with Bischoff just seconds later...

I think the writers need a refresher on the principle of time...

Don't you guys know the Theory of Reletivity?

Time ceases to be when you deal with the WWE.

Perhaps HHH didn't REALLY do it. No, he hired Rikishi to be the drive-byer once again. Eh...

...screw the angle, they have succesfully made me not care about it at all.

Except during the main-event promo last night, which seemingly went on *FOREVER*

Am i the only one that was captivated by the interview last night? It was a great way to bulid the personal hatred and the big time nature of the match-up.

The interview was so blown, it's not even funny. They're starting what should be a PPV-Selling angle 3 weeks before the PPV.

And, since it was brought up, I was kind of ticked at Triple H's "I don't think you have the balls to do something like that" comment, because it made Jericho look even worse and he didn't get any kind of counter in at all.

I second that yes by the way. The interview didn't captivate me, but the seemingly non-care for the angle by the fans, and the constant "what'ing" of both men, now THAT was interesting, and damn near funny. Not to mention that the entire HBK/HHH angle is coming off as nothing more than a cheap copout after Nash was hurt and nWo disbanded. Well, I suppose it's coming off like that because, well, that IS what it is.

It captivated me, i mean how else couldve they have done this without it being SO overblown into a full on mystery that dragged on for weeks and with everyone knowing it was HHH? The interview was long yes, but thats what was needed to get this match a great dramtic feel. I mean you cant say the interview did anything negative towards the match, can you? It doesnt seem like anyone in the audience cared because of the campy nature of it all. I guess live drama is taken very well by a wrestling audience.

"He did it before he came out...it wasn't stated how long HBK was lying there. "

exactly. people, including myself, in the who did it thread started that night said:

"he did it right before he came out to the ring"

they didnt show him getting attacked.. he was discovered while HHH was rambling

The Un-American timewarp is ridiculous though. But did Bischoff actually say that that was who he took? Was jericho in the ring? I didnt see Smackdown that week so I really dont know..

I wish one day Chris would just go absolutely ballistic on the mic and verbally rip HHH a new asshole, fuck what the writers say

that little Cerebral Ass comment is as far as Jericho will get to a shoot comment on hunter.

Jericho was also in the ring at the end of Smackdown. I guess Bischoff might of been lieing when he said someone was in the Limo.

I believe, in psychology, that's called transference.

You know, that thing where you attribute your shortcomings/neuroses as existing in someone else [and not you]. It's an emotional coping/defense mechanism.

Hee Hee.

Just because he was FOUND when HHH was in the ring doesn't mean that he was ATTACKED when HHH was in the ring. Man, topics like this make me question the intelligence of wrestling fans...

Actually, Cena, Misterio, and Edge chased the Un-Americans out, so they had time to get away. Jericho then climbed out of the cage. That's why they showed the Americans celebrating in the ring for the longest of time, so the Canadians COULD get to the limo in time. They'd have to sprint, but it could have happened.

As for the HHH/Shawn thing... um... I kinda feel asleep during the interview part. So... yeah.
