Guest jester Posted August 13, 2002 Report Posted August 13, 2002 Ok, along with the Stacy striptease and defection to Raw (which might be a swerve according to the Oberver), Bischoff said those time senstive papers were a contract for RVD to wrestle Benoit at SummerSlam. It's supposed to be a big deal that Bischoff was able to steal them. But...wouldn't the two managers have to collaborate on that anyway? And what sense does it make for Bischoff to steal it, and then make a match for RVD vs Benoit anyway? Or am I think about this too much? Guess I should have concentrated on Stacy's ass more, like Lawler.

But Bischoff sent Stacy in undercover to steal them. Now that the Bisch has them, RVD has his shot. Or something. Right?

On Smackdown, Stephanie McMahon will probably make a match where Dreamer will defend the Hardcore Title against a Smackdown superstar at SummerSlam.

That would only make sense if Stephanie McMahon revealed another mystery envelope on Smackdown. Then, she reveals what's in the envelope the following night on RAW after SummerSlam, and it's that the Intercontinental Champion is property of Smackdown, which would be RVD.

I said in another thread...without elavation, RVD has done as much as he can on the RAW side. Other than the top guys...he's beaten everyone on that show.

If RVD did defect to Smackdown, RAW would be kind of short of main eventers.

Damn, the WWE should push RVD to the main event.

Smackdown Hogan(face) Lesnar(heel) Angle(heel) RAW has more main eventers than Smackdown. Maybe if RVD defected to Smackdown, he could get pushed as a face main eventer.
