They're chaffing every time they meet, and the WWE really wants to put the strap on Kurt to keep him from the Olympics. I could see Brock next. although asking who we'd -like- to see next champ, RVD would be nice. Anyways, I think that the Borck vs. Angle match will happen, and it will be big. If they have animosity towards each other already, imagine when they are fighting for the belt. I really don't think that they will hotshot the title right away. Even if Brock is a failure(which I don't think that he will be), WWE doesn't like to admit when they are wrong. But Lesner vs. Angle should be huge when it happens.

I am figuring on Brock being a bad champion but not bombing to the point where they pull the title off him. Vince is probably hoping to go Angle-Brock at WM so it would take a major bomb to change it since Brock is a Vince creation and I don't see it getting that bad.

Dreamer would be a huge swerve, and probably stupid right now, but the sad thing is I can justify putting the belt on him as long as it's being taken off Brock. I'll post it if anyone cares but not before. I'd love to see RVD finally be a World Champ. That, would be the best thing the WWE did in quite a while. But Angle makes sense right now, and I think a return to the 'legit Angle badass' role would work very well. other than Angle however, who else even makes the list? Eddie and Benoit aren't quite ME status yet, but obviously going to be there very soon.... RVD is with Benoit there.... ....anyone? Bueller? -Annie

I was thinking though how many faces are there for Brock to feud with at the next PPV. Possible ME: Lesnar-Rock (Doubtful Rock in Hollywood) Lesnar-RVD (Sacrifice RVD to the heatless wonder again) Lesnar-Edge (There you go AS put Lesnar in an Edge Feud) Lesnar-Booker (umm...no) Lesnar-Face turn (any face turn would be a hot shot angle which is not good) The horror, the horror.

Hell, he kept the title on YOKOZUNA from KOTR 93 till WM X. He put the title on Diesel for an entire year, despite the fact that Nash didn't draw flies! Here is a news flash: Angle/Brock is a match that won't draw either. Angle has a character that is REALLY hard to cheer without reservation, and that is exactly what is needed when it comes time to dethrone Brock. Angle has not shown that he can play a legit face for any length of time. Let's see how the match with Rey goes. If he jobs to Rey would anyone find it believable that he would beat Brock? I think RVD winning the title would be really tremendous if they played up that he has wrestled for a decade without getting a world title. He'll likely get it at some point.

At Survivor Series Brock could lose the title to a transitional face Champ like Booker T. (I think that is wishful thinking that he'll even get the belt) or Kane. Who will then lose it to someone like Angle, or HHH (grrr). Who will then lose the title at 'Mania. Hopefully to RVD, but I see Edge as another possibility. Or Brock could keep the title until 'Mania no matter how much he is bombing.

Course, I just loved his character during that (More the grizzled veteran aspect then the respect bit) so I may be biased.
