Looking ahead to Survivor Series from MSG!

At the rate WWE is going, this is my predicted card for the 16th annual SURVIVOR SERIES!!!

 

WWE Title: Kurt Angle © vs. Rob Van Dam - Ladder match

 

- Chris Jericho vs. Booker T

- Edge v. Rhyno - Gore v. Spear

- Eddy Guerrero vs. Rey Mysterio - Latino heat vs. Latino heat

- Brock Lesnar vs. Kane - Large Turd v. Large Turd

- Shawn Michaels vs. Ric Flair - Legend v. Legend

- HHH v. Rock v. Chris Benoit - #1 contender for Armageddon

- Storm/Christian v. Hurricane/Moore - WWE Tag Titles

- Kidman vs. Tajiri vs. Chavo Guerrero - CW Title

 

And, at the end of the night, the winners will participate in the Ultimate Survival Match, WARGAMES style:

 

Jericho/Rhyno/Guerrero/Lesnar/Moore v. HBK/Benoit/Hurricane/Tajiri/RVD

I dunno about you guys,but I want SS to have all 4 on 4 elimination matches like in the "old" days (or 5 on 5).It'd make the PPV stand out from the other 10. (not counting the RR). They could even use corny team names again like "The Peoples Team" vs. "The Next Big Things". (I sound quite markish now,I apologize)

No offense to you, but there has been nothing going "at this rate" to even lead one to believe even ONE of those matches is going to happen. Still though, if it would happen like this...

Damn, I'd mark out so hard at a card like that, that it wouldn't even be funny. Seriously, that would be one hell of a card. As for the reasl Survivor Series card, I also wish they would go back to the old format, of face teams Vs. heel teams with names and everything, then at the end of the night they have all of the face survivors Vs. all of the heel survivors. Do maybe, say, three matches like this, throw in a World Title match and an IC Title match, and then the huge final match, and it would be great.

 

Really, why is it even still called Survivor Series if they are not going to have a *gasp* Survivor Series?

Main Event: HHH takes the title off of Brock in a heatless heel vs heel.

 

That's not even a knock on either guy...as heel vs. heel matches just don't have heat.

RVD will be eliminated by Cena in the opening interpromotional SS style match

I like it. Has an epic feel to it.

...but it would never happen, as the WarGames match is from WCW, and God knows it would break the laws of the universe if WWE ever put over almost ANYTHING that came out from WCW.

 

I think it would be cool if they took all of the survivors, and put them all in a type of HIAC or some Rumble type match, in which pins and submissions would be allowed. Then the last guy who truly survives, HE would become the #1 contender, and will get a shot at whoever is the World Champion, at the next PPV.

I hope its not Lesnar vs Hogan, but that sounds about right.

 

Personally, I like the idea of having a couple 5 on 5 matches between RAW and Smackdown, but the WarGames for the Survivors is probably asking too much.

I'd want teams of 5, because then they could use the original tagline of "Teams of 5 struggle to survive" (I'd mark out for that more than the matches themselves)

I'd also prefer to have the Main Event be a title match, so have the main event be Benoit © vs. RVD for the belt, and the main SS match be: UnAmericans: Storm, Christian, Test, Regal, and Guerrero vs. Angle and 4 upper-midcarders. Before anyone reminds me, I know that Eddy is from Texas, but the WWE mentality equates his Latino Heat gimmick with being a foreigner.
