Guest BoboBrazil Posted August 23, 2002 Report Posted August 23, 2002 "The WWE and Sean Waltman, aka X-Pac, have mutually agreed to part ways. Personally, Sean is one of my all-time favorite people in our business and one hell of a talented in-ring performer. I truly wish him nothing but success in the future." from wwe.com ross report! YES!
Guest notJames Posted August 23, 2002 Report Posted August 23, 2002 He's more like DOW-bound... as in Department of Welfare. Good riddance to bad Kliq rubbish..
Guest SlowChemical6 Posted August 23, 2002 Report Posted August 23, 2002 NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Wait, maybe some good can come of this. Maybe he'll go down to NWA-TNA, reunite with Hall, and become Syxx again.
Guest ISportsFan Posted August 23, 2002 Report Posted August 23, 2002 To quote Ken Harrelson from the White Sox broadcasts... "You can put it on the board, YYYEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!" Anyway, I'm so psyched to see them get rid of the dead weight that obviously took classes in eliminating pops for Kidman and Tajiri early in the Invasion. He's truly a guy that I'm happy to see leave. Jason
Guest KingOfOldSchool Posted August 23, 2002 Report Posted August 23, 2002 Happy Happy, Joy Joy. I like X-Pac in the ring, always have, but this brings a smile to my face. Good riddance to unreliable, injury prone, dead weight
Guest Jobber of the Week Posted August 23, 2002 Report Posted August 23, 2002 "You can put it on the board, YYYEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!" Marv Albert couldn't have said it better. (Claps hands) Oh, glory day! HALLELUJAH!
Guest thebigjig Posted August 23, 2002 Report Posted August 23, 2002 I always enjoyed him in the ring and the guy could take a hell of a bump... but his antics as of late have been unacceptable. Fairwell, greasy sewer rat... and may Albert, Bradshaw, Rikishi, Nash, and Michael Cole follow... nah, we couldn't get that lucky
Guest RickyChosyu Posted August 23, 2002 Report Posted August 23, 2002 NWA: TNA fans probably shouldn't be too happy about this. I'm guessing bps21 won't be jumping for joy, that's for sure.
Guest Just call me Dan Posted August 23, 2002 Report Posted August 23, 2002 I doubt he'd end up there unless they come into some money because they can't even afford a decent roster. X-Pac isn't going to work for nothing there when he can probably make plenty in Japan or in random bookings as a big name in indy feds.
Guest Trivia247 Posted August 23, 2002 Report Posted August 23, 2002 Great so Xpac can be the slug of the X division...Unless he thinks he is World championship Calibur... well of Ron Killings can do it, I guess Sean Waltman can... We may hear a Drugged out shoot from Sean if he goes TNA
Guest jimmy no nose Posted August 23, 2002 Report Posted August 23, 2002 What was the real reason behind this? It can't just be because he's lazy and unreliable becuase if it was he'd have been gone in 1999.
Guest edge-o-matic Posted August 23, 2002 Report Posted August 23, 2002 NWA: TNA fans probably shouldn't be too happy about this. I'm guessing bps21 won't be jumping for joy, that's for sure. And it's his birthday, too.
Guest NazMistry Posted August 23, 2002 Report Posted August 23, 2002 About 2 years too late, but I'm pleased nonetheless.
Guest Mulatto Heat Posted August 23, 2002 Report Posted August 23, 2002 What was the real reason behind this? It can't just be because he's lazy and unreliable becuase if it was he'd have been gone in 1999. True, and two of his friends are co-main eventing Summerslam, while a third is getting paid while on rehab. Plus, I doubt Waltman will get an offer that will match his WWE salary anywhere else. I'm surprised I'm not marking out, but then again, I had to have cared about the 'ratty little sucka' to begin with.
Guest Gendo Posted August 23, 2002 Report Posted August 23, 2002 And it's his birthday, too. Feels like it is my birthday knowing X-pac is gone. Hands down best news of the day. I am so relieved I will not ever have to see an X-pac / Kane fued again, which is where I thought they were heading with Kane's imminent return.
Guest Ravenbomb Posted August 23, 2002 Report Posted August 23, 2002 YEAH! WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! *laughs at X-Pac*HA-ha!
Guest edge-o-matic Posted August 23, 2002 Report Posted August 23, 2002 And it's his birthday, too. Feels like it is my birthday knowing X-pac is gone. Hands down best news of the day. So...I'm not the only one that did the cabbage patch?
Guest Shaved Bear Posted August 23, 2002 Report Posted August 23, 2002 funny threatened to quit, now he doesn't have that anymore
Guest DJ Jeff Posted August 23, 2002 Report Posted August 23, 2002 Let's just say that finally, the WWE did something right. Maybe now they'll release more useless talent, such as.....ummmmm....I don't know. Anyways, this is great news.
Guest DJ Jeff Posted August 23, 2002 Report Posted August 23, 2002 your banner says it all Jeff You can't possibly be referring to Nash, can you? You just wait. Once Nash returns, you'll be surprised. B)
Guest Gendo Posted August 23, 2002 Report Posted August 23, 2002 So...I'm not the only one that did the cabbage patch? Cabbage Patch!! No way this was so good it deserved a little bit of the running man, and then a Spinaroonie for good measure.
Guest Will Scarlet Posted August 23, 2002 Report Posted August 23, 2002 I wonder why they finally decided to release him. It is not he has been doing much of anything, except slumming around the midcard for the past few years. Good decision to get rid of him though. It is not like he would have done anything in the WWE besides being an annoying, stale midcarder anyway.
Guest bob_barron Posted August 23, 2002 Report Posted August 23, 2002 The wrestler is a dick, he refuses to job to Booker T But there's no room, yet he takes up roster space You're out of luck and the reason that you had to care, Your push is in limbo and the nWo aint going anywhere. You thought you'd found a friend to get you mega over Someone you could lend a hand in return for grace It's a beautiful day, the sky falls And you realise XPac is going away It's a beautiful day Thank God he's going away You're on the road but you've got no direction You're in the midcard, trying to get a decent push He's a ratty sucka even though no one gives a shit You've been way over and no one gives a crap about him It's a beautiful day X-Pac is going away It's a beautiful day Let's forget the nWo Push me, put me over some real talent Fire him, He is just a big hopeless case See the nWo in black and white See XPac right in front of you See the win streak crumbling away See the crowd getting really loud See the Booker with the axe kick See the ref count 1-2-3 See the crowd explode again This is how it should've been It was a beautiful day XPac did his last broncobuster Beautiful day No more ratty suckas Push me, put me over some real talent Fire him, He is just a big hopeless case What you don't have you're getting now What you don't know it's going to come soon What you don't have it'll be here soon The Kid is gone Beautiful day
Guest Bricks Posted August 23, 2002 Report Posted August 23, 2002 Part of me is sad. Sad because I really wanted Kane to squash him in 30 seconds before he left. Oh well, we can't all have perfect endings.
Guest dreamer420 Posted August 23, 2002 Report Posted August 23, 2002 i think x-pac's firing goes to show what little power and stroke that the clique has these days. i'm glad too.
