If I was the WWE, I would pull Rock from TV and not return until they've got a definate plan for him.

But if he's going to around for a couple of weeks, they can at least give us a taste of Heel Rocky for a few weeks.

He should come out on RAW and tell the People to Fuck Off.

Well now there is a dilema for Vince and co....If he was planned to turn heel after SUmmerslam that so-be-it....go with it, however if he is NOT planned to become heel and he comes out tommorow as a face to do a promo, and the people just tear him to shreds in the crowd, what does he do? Just kind of ignore it or just hurry his promo up and get the hell out of there?? I doubt Vince is going to say, "umm if they boo you, just turn heel"

Rock's a SD! guy, isn't he? Without the title, he has no reason to be appear on Raw. The first test will be to see how MSG reacts to Brock, and what kind of promo Brock/Heyman will cut.

UNIONDALE, N.Y. – Aug. 25, 2002 -- It was a bittersweet evening for The Rock, but certainly not because many of the fans in Nassau Coliseum cheered for his opponent, Brock Lesnar. As the Great One addresses right off the back in this interview, he feeds off the crowd, whether they’re with him or against him. No, the reason the night was bittersweet is because The Rock is off to Los Angeles Monday to shoot his next movie, tentatively titled “Helldorado.” So after an interview with “Access Hollywood” today, and after an unforgettable match with Brock Lesnar, which saw the “Next Big Thing” become the new WWE Undisputed Champion, The Rock will appear tomorrow morning at a Smackdown Your Vote! rally in Manhattan, and then catch a charter to Hollywood. That meant The Rock was saying his goodbyes today to dozens of World Wrestling Entertainment Superstars and staff, who he won’t be seeing for the next four months … or perhaps longer.

 

So that should answer any questions. If/when he comes back, he can do the heel thing.

As I stated in the Crossface on the main page (check the sig!), I don't get why Brock got any heat last night, much less face heat. For the past several months, people sat on their hands when Lesnar was in the ring, but in Long Island he was loved. WTF?

Rock said he will now be going by "Dwayne Johnson" for his movies from now on instead of "The Rock."

 

Yeah, because that's worked so well for Joanie Laurer. Heck, I bet Tiny Lister would be even bigger now if he had kept going by "Zeus" for all of his movies.
