In this article from WWE.com HBK said his back was hurting more and more as the adrenaline wore off, and it will be a very long time before he wrestles again, if ever.

Triple H's post-match sledgehammer attack was a perfect setup for HBK to either retire or take an extended break from wrestling, so I'd say HBK cuts a promo tonight and then disappears for a while.

I'd be hesitant on saying he'll be on RAW tonight. From the interview:

Sure, he seemed alright, but he was pprobably super doped up before the match started, just so the pain wouldnt drive him nuts, adn he took some crazy spots, for his condition, last night so dont expect a return. probably ever, which shows shawns ego of even in the end, he still wins.
