Who do YOU feel will ultimatly defeat Lesnar?

Just for fun, who do you feel will actually be the guy to beat Brock Lesnar, not only for his first ever loss, but for the Undisputed Title? Call me crazy, but I truly feel it WILL be either HHH, Nash, or Goldberg. Nash is tricky however, as he is said to be out for up to six to eight months...

*recalls that WrestleMania is a mere seven months away*

...wow, I suppose Nash IS a possibility, more so than I thought. After him, I pick HHH as HHH even said that he was going after Brock next, and if WWE wishes to be as predictable as always, when they have a wrestler say they are going to go after someone, they almost ALWAYS do.

Goldberg is another possibility in my mind, and the ONLY other possibility if you ask me. As much as many of you on the net would hate it, a Brock/Goldberg match for the Undisputed Title would be absolutely huge in the eyes of the casual fan, sooooooooo...

If any other guy besides one of the three I just mentioned beat him, I will truly be shocked, and that's that. I do not see any of the guys like Edge, RVD, Benoit, Eddie, Jericho, Angle etc... truly having a shot at him. I know you hate to hear that, but I think it's more possible to see Stone Cold Steve Austin return and defeat Brock Lesnar, than it is any of these guys.

So who is YOUR pick, to ultimatly defeat, Brock Lesnar?

Sincerely,

...Downhome...

I want to see Kurt Angle beat Brock in a 2/3 match with one collegiate fall, submission, falls count anywhere.

RVD over Lesnar at Wrestlemania, after RVD wins the Rumble, would be the most profitable scenario for WWE IMO. The only thing is that this involves Lesnar holding the title for a really, really long time by today's standards, which is risky.

I think that both RVD and Angle are serious possibilities, though I agree that Goldberg is also a possibility. It'd be weird to see McMahon let somebody who was a WCW creation go over a guy who is 100% a WWE product, but if he thinks it's money (which it might very well be) he'll do it.

Personally I think that while Goldberg is a draw, he won't be worth the huge salary it'll take to get him. The nWo were much, much bigger draws than Goldberg but that angle went nowhere (except down). Of course their weak booking was probably the biggest factor in that, and I'm pretty sure that Goldberg will demand a hugh push as a reward for signing.

But then this begs another question: who will be the first to beat Goldberg? ;) I'd say HHH but Goldberg might not want to lay down to him given their well-documented mutual dislike. But of course if we've learned anything, it's never underestimate HHH when it comes to getting his way. <_<

Oh well. Anyway, my best guess would have to be Angle, perhaps at Survivor Series.

They could change that idea around a bit though, using the Triple Threat Theatre idea from Souled Out '00. One "Dungeouns Match"one Bunkhouse Brawl/Hardcore match and one Caged Heat/Hell In The Cell match

Man. I saw Nash beat Goldberg at Starcade. I should make plans to go to Wrestlemania just so I can be there again when beats Lesnar to end Lesnar's 6 1/2 month title reign when HHH comes down and taser's Lesnar.!!

This story has been told before...

...I didn't like the ending.

It will be a sledgehammer this time, instead of a taser that finishes him off.

Brock, you are about to play the game, and everybody loses that game!

It should be Angle or RVD.

I don't want it to be RVD though. Since the WWE seems to finally be getting back to more "Wrestling" based matches, RVD would be a wreck.

RVD shouldn't be allowed to be there when two of the best Wrestlers that I've seen (Eddie & Benoit) have to literally beat the Crap and stiff him just to get him to sell a damn injury.
