Spoiler Alert-this contains a revelation of the latest RAW defector...stop now if you don't wanna know.

OK, so now Big Dumb Booger Red Evil Devil American Fatass whatever Undertaker is now on Smackdown, setting up the Brock/Undertaker feud that was started this past Monday. As much as I am not a Taker fan these last few years, his name value and "star power" was a help to RAW. Now, who do they base RAW around? Can't be Brock, since he's Smackdown property. Can't be Triple H (well it can, but you know what I mean). Do we elevate RVD, Booker, Goldust, Kane, UnAmericans...what do we do? Who you gonna call?

Kurt Angle.

It's been said for weeks now that a possible face turn was in the works, and The UnAmericans are the way to go, especially with the 9/11 anniversary coming up, you know Vince will want to capitalize on it. I say Angle makes the jump within the next two weeks, then maybe we can get some ROSTER FINALIZATION, as in no more jumps, and things can really heat up. RVD, Booker, Kane, Goldust, Flair (occasionally wrestling) and Angle could be great upper card/main event babyfaces, while Jericho, Triple H and The UnAmericans shine as heels.

Playing off the 9/11 tragedy for a second year in a row may not be the best way to position Angle as a face again, but if that's what they want to do, it's their call. I just foresee Smackdown losing a certain Olympic Gold Medalist sooner than later.

Terrible idea.

Here's why:

the 9-11 heat already backfired on them last year with Angle's face turn.

No matter how big a tragedy it was...people will and did and will again...get sick of it being brought up.

I agree that they shouldn't do it. But the whole "patriotism" angle is a surefire way to get heat on both the foreign sympathizer and the virtuous babyface. I'd rather have Angle show up, pissed off that Steph didn't live up to her promise to keep Angle as the #1 guy on Smackdown, and have him tear through the upper card (I'll refrain from the Triple H comments), but knowing the WWE, they'll take the easy way.

OR...picture this...Dinner at the McMahon household, Sunday night...

Triple H and the McMahon family discuss the next night's RAW over dinner.

Vince:"So, we could have Kurt debut on RAW tomorrow either standing up for this country, or vowing to prove that Stephanie should have kept her promise. Which angle would work more?

Triple H:"I got it, "dad"! We could have Kurt come out and run down The UnAmericans, THEN, during The UnAmericans vs. Kane, Booker T. and Goldust match, he can run out and SWERVE the people by joining The UnAmericans!"

Vince:"Brilliant! I swear, sometimes I wish you were my birthson!"

No. I see NO reason to put Angle on the show WITHOUT the title so he can feud with test.

Kurt Angle won't feud with Test he'll feud with Bubba Ray Dudley. :(

Do not turn Angle face with the patriotism. Don't do it.... again. Angle can get over as a face without pledging his allegience to the flag. 9/11 is not the way to go.

The main reason this pisses me off is because the wrestlers are being used as nothing more than pawns to get Steph and Eric over. HHH beat Undertaker to earn a title shot and all it really comes down to is Steph beat Eric by stealing the title and then making her own number 1 contender. The wrestlers and their own angles are nothing more than afterthoughts.

I disagree Anglesault. I think Angle should go to Raw and feud with the unamericans. Yes, Angle-Test makes me sick, but it turns him face. How about Angle / Jericho? Turn him face. Let him win whatever title Raw comes up with and be the #1 guy for Raw. Build him there and have him beat Brock at Wrestlemania in uninfication bout.

I guess what I don't get is why even have the Undertaker jump. It seems like they are committing show suicide to RAW. The only reasons I was interested in RAW was Benoit, Eddie, RVD, and Booker. Now they have no Eddie and Benoit. That upset me a bit, because I usually go out on Thursdays and miss SmackDown. But now they get rid of Taker, I could care less about him, but there are plenty of Marks out there that go to shows specifically to see him. I mean think like a Mark for a second, they love Hogan, Rock, Taker, and a little bit of Kane, as well as share a love hate relationship with HHH. Marks are what comprise most of the people sitting in the crowd and a bigger percentage of the viewing audience. Now what reason do these people have to watch or buy tickets for Raw? No taker on the show means they only have HHH, who is sinking faster than the Titanic, and Kane which no one knows where his gimmick is going yet and whether it will work or not.

I see the upside in that it will allow people like RVD and Booker to elevate themselves, but what happens if they just end up getting buried by HHH like Jericho? If this happens I just fear that ratings will go down and ticket sales for Raw will go down too. And then people like Booker and RVD will be blamed.

This brings up of the issue of the loss of "star" power on Raw, so you bring over Angle. I do not think this is great either. Logically you have him turn face and fued with the Un-Americans. So yay, you have Angle fued with a heel mid-card stable, lovely. I like Storm and Christian, but right now the Un-American gimmick is all about cheap heat. When have they gone and just annihilated anyone? Does anyone actually see them as a force? It always seem it is more about them trying to burn a flag and get cheap heat rahter than them actually coming in getting the cheap heat then backing it up. So you have Angle fued with them and logic dictates he has to job somewhere along the way, who does this help? It either means he lost to a couple of mid-carders not helping angle cause he lost to some midcarders (again), or it means those midcarders cheated to win with all their cheap heat and made the rub useless. The only way it might work and it would be a series of epic matches with Storm, but that is not gonna happen, so his jump is doomed if it happens.

I am just bitter cause it seems RAW will be the super HHH two hours of power show, and I am sick of the guy.

No. It will DESTROY Angle to move away from the title so he can feud with unover midcarders.

I think I figured out what they're doing with UT on SD. Bischoff claims HHH is the #1 contender and Stef says that it's UT. Neither of them have the authority to cancel out the others decree (in theory, although that would mean the whole Brock is SD only thing is impossible, but bear with me, its WWE) so they do the only thing they can, make it a triple threat for the title. This way, neither UT or HHH have to job clean to Brock and can be the focus of the match, but he still gets put over. I'm saying I like this scenario, but judging by they're past track record, it seems pretty likely to me, because god forbid UT or HHH should job clean to the new guy and actually try to put him over.

Good point, I never really thought of it that way. I was basing my opinion on the theory that the UPN SmackDown deal ends soon and they want a good renewal which is why that have been arming SmackDown with the better roster.
