Guest candie45 Posted September 2, 2002 Report Posted September 2, 2002 Credit: rajahwwf.com... my edited version editing out the stuff that wasn't that important so I could make it smaller. Report by: JRMoney25, rajahwwf.com reader #6 Kiss my ass match: Rikishi VS. Kurt Angle Kurt comes out to the usual "U Suck" chant and then Rikishi comes out. Pretty good match overall. Kurt does alot of submission on Rikishi's leg. Eventually he puts him in the ankle lock but rikishi finds the ropes. Rikishi comes back move Angle over to do the Bansia drop and does it and the ref counts to 3 but Angle grabs the rope with hand and when Rikishi is celebrating Angle comes over and Angle slams him and pins him. Then Kurt pulls his uniform up on the back so it looks like Rikishi's. (that was kinda gross) He grabs the mic and says that he won but he was gonna break Rikishi's ankle then make someone int he audience i guess that was famous kiss Kurts ass. Rikishi comes back and eventually does the stinkface to Kurt and that was end of match winner: Kurt #7 Rey Mysterio VS. Eddie Guerrero Winner: Rey #8 Kane Vs. Bull Winner Kane Main event Beniot VS. Edge Good match all around. Lots of submission moves by Benoit and lots of kicks and stuff by Edge. Eventually Beniot goes for the headbutt but misses and edge does his move and trys to wake the ref up that has been knocked down. then eddie comes in hits edge and does the frog splash and tries to make Benoit pin but then edge kicks out. Eddie is shocked and grabs a chair and gets in but then Rey comes out and takes eddie out while Edge spears Benoit for the pinn Winner Edge Raw house show results... Match 5 (WWE Undisputed Championship) Brock Lesnar [c] w/ Paul Heyman vs. Undertaker w/ Ric Flair Awesome match. Please note that both of these men are exclusive to Smackdown, so this was somewhat inter promotional. Whenever Heyman tried to get involved, Flair was right there waiting for him. At one point, Earl Hebner was knocked down, and a chair was brought into the ring. 'Taker got it and smacked Lesnar, but Hebner saw it, and called for the bell. Winner via DQ: Brock Lesnar Match 7 Bubba Ray Dudley vs. Chris Jericho Good match. Jericho was really good, and it seemed Bubba has gotten quicker and much more agile. Jericho won with the Walls of Jericho, but thats not all. After the match, he tried to get a table into the ring, and failed miserably, so he threw it over the top rope. The side of it breaks! He sets it up, and Spike runs down to the ring. Spike hits Jericho, then Bubba slams Y2J through the table! Winner: Chris Jericho Match 8 (Best of Three Falls, WWE Tag Team Championship) Christian & Lance Storm [c] vs. Booker T & Goldust Possibly the best match of the night. UnAmericans got the first pin after a Lanc Storm Superkick to Goldust. Booker & G'Dust got the next one after a Axe Kick by Booker. Goldust actually hit the shattered dreams in this one, too. UnAmericans got the final win when Lance Storm pinned Booker while Christian held his legs outside of the ring. Winners: UnAmericans After the match, we were treated to a Spinaroonie, then a Goldaroonie, which was actually really good. Main Event (NO DQ, WWE IC Championship) Big Show vs. Rob Van Dam [c] Worst match by far. Way too short, maybe 3 minutes long. RVD hit all his spots, then the 5 Star Frog Splash for the win. Winner: RVD .... I'm confused that Kane is on the Smackdown show and Brock and Taker are on the Raw show. Why was Flair in Taker's corner? Um, yeah, I completely forgot that they fought at Wrestlemania. Oops, I'm not supposed to remember that, am I? Anyway, Edge pins Benoit after interference against him, with the fabulotastic spear of doom. Angle fights Rikishi in a kiss my ass match. I know that house shows aren't supposed to be taken seriously but is this what they are planning for the upcoming fueds? Yeah, this was pointless, but eh, it's 7:42 in the morning and I have yet to go to sleep for some odd reason.
Guest Anglesault Posted September 2, 2002 Report Posted September 2, 2002 I hope they aren't seeting up for Unforgiven with these matches.
Guest the pinjockey Posted September 2, 2002 Report Posted September 2, 2002 If Jericho starts to feud with Bubba I am going to have to post only in NHB, until the feud ends.
Guest Jobber of the Week Posted September 2, 2002 Report Posted September 2, 2002 Some guy at 411 had a totally opposite take: Tommy Dreamer vs. Steven Richards. A decent opener. Dreamer was pretty over and he at least seems to be happy to perform in front of a crowd no matter how big or small. Dreamer wins with a DDT. Justin Credible and Shawn Stasiak vs. Sheldon Benjamin and Crash A brutally boring match where Benjamin screwed up while on the top rope. Credible wins with the superkick on Crash D-lo Brown vs. Raven After the last match this match was like a breath of fresh air even though it wasn't that good. D-Lo wins with the rydien bomb. Bradshaw and Spike Dudley vs. Chris Nowinski and William Regal Regal got cheap heat with mike work before the match. Okayish match where Bradshaw won with the clothesline from hell Undertaker vs. Brock Lesnar for the undisputed title Paul Heyman and Ric Flair were at ringside. This was my fourth wrestling show and this is the worst match I've ever seen in person. It was so bad and boring that Unforgiven will suffer if this is he man event. Brock delivered a terrible, brutal chairshot which actually was laughable. Taker used the chair leading to Brock Lesnar winning by DQ. The only good parts of the match were Heyman acting like a wildman and actually trying to draw heat for the match. Intermission which lasted ten minutes Trish Stratus and Jacqueline vs. Victoria and Molly holly w/ Jerry Lawler as the special referee The women actually wrestled a decent match which we all got to see Trish's ass so I was least somewhat happy. Trish won with her bulldog finisher. Chris Jericho vs. Buh-Buh Ray Dudley Match of the night which doesn't say much. The WWE couldn't even give Jericho a clean win on a house show over Buh-Buh Dudley. He had to use a chair and lowblow which eventually led to a submission victory. After the match Jericho got put through a table Booker T and Goldust vs. Lance Storm and Christian in a 2 out of three falls match for the WWE tag titles. This match was basically move for move what they did at Summerslam. Storm won the first fall over Goldust. Booker T won the second fall over Christian. Christian beat Booker T after Lance Storm pulled Booker's leg during a suplex. After the match we got to see the spinaroonie and then the highlight of the night, the goldaroonie. Goldust does a better spinaronnie than Booker which was kinda funny. RVD vs. Big Show for the I-C title in a no DQ match THis match sucked. Big Show is terrible and McMahon probably wants to hang himself for signing this guy to a long term deal. At least it was short. Van Dam won with the frog splash. A funny story symbolizes the whole night. I saw Ric Flair before the show in the parking lot go in wth no bags wearing a blue shirt and black slacks. I saw him walk to the ring in the same clothing. Then at intermission I saw him leave the arena in the same clothes. I think hat sumed up the thought of the wrestlers. Get the job done with and head to MIlwaukee for RAW tomorrow. KInda sad since the Chicago is THE BEST wresting city in the country. Needless to say I was pissed.
Guest RicFlairGlory Posted September 2, 2002 Report Posted September 2, 2002 Whatever, its just a House Show

I thought All State (taht is Chicago?) generally has pretty bad crowds, and are up there with Long Island and Anaheim.
Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Posted September 3, 2002 Report Posted September 3, 2002 scratches head... And I thought Brock vs. Taker and RVD vs. Show would be good... go figure...
