Bexar County, TX dropped the case because Austin showed no interest in going forward with it last week. He is still scheduled to stand trial against charges that he his Debra on June 15th, but no court date has been set. Credit: 1wrestling.com

Yes, he made Debra sign a prenup. But since he beat her, a good lawyer can successfully sue to nullify that agreement. His lawyers probably told him that and he probably figured it wasn't worth the hassle. Those two dumbasses are perfect for one another.
