What the WWE Needs to do to Turn Angle face.

Here's what I would do:

 

 

1. Change the Tights: Go with a black snglet, or at least the black mirror-verse tights.

 

2. Use the INTENSE side of his character: Remember Angle from No Way Out 2001 till around Backlash? Going Nam and breaking ankles? Yeah, do that, just tone it down so he still has his personality, not just Ken Shamrock 2.0

 

3. Change the Music: If you keep playing "Medal" the fans will chant "You Suck" they just love to do it too much to stop.

 

There are some more things they COULD do but that would be unfaithful to the basic character. If you make Brock his first feud as a face (as they plan to) then he gets crowd heat because if Brock's bveen killing people since SS the crowd's going to be dying to see Angle make him his bitch.

Most of his face promos after winning the title were goofy... remember "WAAAAAHHHHtlesnake" and "You relieved yourself in your tights after the ankle lock" (or something like that, and then JR did his fake "HAW HAW HAW" laugh, no crowd reaction at all)

Do the 60's campy Adam West Batman, and the fans won't respect him.

After Brock defeats the Undertaker they stand out at the ring and Brag about it. then Suddenly Medals play and Angle comes out and Drops the BS Bomb like he did at Invasion. And he'll cut a promo on them, then they brawl and Angle German Suplex him and Brock scurries away.

I would love to see Angle be a badass . He is my favorite wrestler and all and I would just like to see him get a better push than he is right now . He would definately have to get rid of the geeky tights that he wears and drop the song because that will always stcik with him for the rest of his career .

That was some of the worst stuff ever...it was totally out of character for Angle, making him some madman trying to throw Austin off of a bridge...and then pushing him in a kiddy pool. How the hell did he have time to blow up a KIDDY POOL while threatening Austin with his life?!

The tights don't need changed. He probably should grow back the peachfuzz on his head, though, since Angle doesn't quite look right with it. However, I'd heard he planned to do it anyway.

 

Yet, everything I see the bald head I think of him losing the Edge fued. Strangely, I didn't feel the same way about Jarrett when he lost to X-pac.

Bald is a look only a select few people can pull off. Austin looks waaaay better bald than any of the times he had hair. Jarrett wouldn't have looked good bald I don't think, and Angle doesn't (but must have thought he did if he agreed to it).Although it's nice for once that the WWE followed through with a promised

 

stipulation, but it made no sense that Angle would wear a wig and KEEP SHAVING HIS HEAD AFTER THAT! By the time Hogan yanked off the wig, Angle's hair should have been back to the way it was before the buzz. Yet for someone who seemed ashamed of it he would have let it grow in in the meantime before the wig was pulled off.

Eh...that's news to me. There's no reason for a stipulation like that to be lorded over him from then on. And it would only make sense if there was an agreed time period between Edge and Angle about it. That was never mentioned at all, either.

 

So if they say something like that, it's likely more of the WWE's patented Revisionist History (TM and copyright WWE, Inc).
