Guest saturnmark4life Posted October 7, 2002 Report Posted October 7, 2002 i'm not the biggest kane fan, but i think this new mask could be the very thing that could finally diminish his heat after 5 years. Simply, the only character he has stems from it in-ring, and a lot of that (the zombie no-selling) is made more effective by his face being completely concealed, with all the stuff he does from the halloween movies. If they wanted to push him they could easily have brought him back with a full mask. Just bugs me.

Jericho led him by the hand and bounced off of him for 20 minutes so that HE COULD GET THE PUSH. That's a problem. Another thing... Why did they change all the house shows to RVD vs. HHH instead of HHH vs. Kane? Were they afraid that people would leave for that match too? Are they realizing that people actually do show up to see RVD...but still push KAne at the ppv instead? Whatzupwitdat?

I liked Kane better when he had his monster-like gimmick, and hardly spoke. His new gimmick, while it's funny at times, isn't near as good as his previous gimmick. The WWE should either take his mask off completely, and give him more of a badass gimmick, or give him his old mask back, and his old gimmick.

And needs to have lower card jobbers fed to him to build him up to even go into the world title picture this fast.
