Well now WWE is mocking Nicole Bass. On Monday nights RAW William Regal was dressed to look like Bass which was a dig saying she looked like a man in drag. Some have questioned WWE’s use of William Regal in this role as it could damage his career but Regal is happy to go along with anything WWE writers have for him. Because of this attitude Regal is considered to be one of safest employees on the roster and has no reason to fear being cut anytime soon. Triple H is friends with Regal as Regal took a young Hunter under his wing in WCW when many others had no time for him. Credit: Wrestling Observer Newsletter

No, its like any other inside joke... it went over everyone else's heads. At least the PTC/RTC thing was more obvious. I never would've thought of this, and I doubt Bass would've either. I don't even know what Nicole Bass looks like, I thought it was just "Vegas Showgirl Match" to go with the locale, like the "It's Legal in Nevada" match.
