HHH no-sold No Mercy in interview

-The crew introduced Triple H.

 

-Triple H talked about his quad injury and how he completely tore his quad. He said that the injury happened live on TV and that he continued to wrestle after the injury happened.

 

-Said now that he is back, he is "on top of the business" again.

 

-He was asked why he wanted to keep wrestling after suffering such a serious injury. He said that he does it because he loves wrestling and the business. He said that even if he won the lottery today, he would continue to wrestle because he just loves it.

 

-The focus then shifted to bodybuilding. They said Triple H will be at the My. Olympia bodybuilding PPV this Saturday in Las Vegas.

 

-Triple H said that when he was young, he really got into bodybuilding and was amazed by it. Now he says it is a hobby of his. He added that he is a big fan of professional bodybuilding and that he had been at the last 3 Mr. Olympia shows.

 

-Two bodybuilders who will be on the Mr. Olympia PPV came out and did some poses. Triple H talked about their poses and that was it.

 

-Triple H returned at the end of the show and read a joke aimed at baseball Frank Thomas that said "Hey Frank, DH doesn't stand for Don't Hit."

 

Very odd segment because the focus seemed to be the bodybuilding PPV. No Mercy was never even mentioned by name.

Yeah, that was pretty odd.

 

He was also on The Sporting News Center this mourning and he actually pimped the PPV there along with Mr. Olympia. They even said that they wanted to have him back on Monday "after he wins"(their words, not mine). I'm shocked that Chris Russell of SNR has never had any wrestlers on since he's a HUGE fan of the business and his weekend late-night show is called "Russell-Mania".

Someone should tell Triple H that grotesque bodybuilder physiques are just disgusting and require the use of illegal drugs. Of course he probobaly already knows the later part.

Come on. I am not a bodybuilder but how can you say they are disgusting simply because you dont like them. If someone went onto a bodybuilding and said something like "someone should tell them that it's not real" then it is ignorant. i am not saying you are not entitled to your opinion but come on, you can do better than that.

Maybe when Best Damn Sports Show faded to commercial they didn't let HHH stop the presses and pimp the ppv...

Maybe he "no-sold" No Mercy because he's scheduled to lose and he doesn't want anyone to know about it. That, and if it gets a low buyrate he can say, "See, Kane can't draw. Give me back my goddamn belt!"
