Kane & Katie....eliminating the inconstants

For a start, HHH makes the announcement before the TLC match, causing Kane to go AWOL and letting Jericho & Christian win the match.

 

Kane returns and calls HHH out. Kane says he never killed Katie. HHH calls up footage of a newspaper headline, LOCAL GIRL FOUND DEAD IN FIELD or somesuch CRAP and Kane says that doesn't prove anything. HHH calls up amateur footage of a little girl (pictured on the newspaper) meeting a hulking brute in a forest.

Kane reacts like he has seen a ghost and HHH says, thats you, FREAK. Kane breaks down in tears and dissapears.

The next week Kane is still AWOL and Bischoff announces that if he no shows, No Mercy then HHH retains the World and is AWARDED the IC title. HHH fights RVD in the ME and Kane returns and MASSACRES HHH with his full psycho heel intensity.

Kane gets on the mike over a paraplegic HHH and says that Kane remembers, before his father found him and brought him to the WWE, he wandered and he had a friend, little Katie. He says that he never killed her and that he would make HHH pay for what he made him remember.

JR sells this as the Game's mind games gone wrong, with Kane now focussed on HURTING HHH rather than crying over a murder.

 

I think it's better and at least keeps up the Kane story. I hope you like the Beauty & the Beast and Of Mice & Men comparisons.
