How exactly does one get these "live feeds"?

Can anyone with a satellite dish get the Smackdown feed on Tuesday nights? If so, is there a certain channel? How does this work?

I believe you need the old dishes, you know, the 12 to 15 footers.

 

Mini dishes won't cut it.
