Heyman talking to Brock just now said... "Brock, the Big Show is 7 feet tall...500 lbs...Brock...you cant beat him!" im curious if anyone else found this nearly as funny as i did XD

I know that they are trying to build him up as a monster, but don't ya think that fans with any memory at all will think "Hye, why couldn't his guy even beat Jeff Hardy before?" If they are going to push Big Show, why not do a slow, believable push? Anyways, I hope that Big Show actually does get squashed. I hate squashes, but it will end push #127 for Big Show.

I'm actually kinda surprised WWE hasn't referenced Show's WWF Title win at Survivor Series 1999 . . . just 3 short years ago. Ya see, Show cut his hair and look at his push, I'm surprised Angle's not a unified champion yet.

Still, I agree that the Lesnar vs. Mysterio match was pretty good.

Guest Kahran Ramsus Posted November 1, 2002 Report Posted November 1, 2002 They should make the point that Big Show loses to smaller guys because he's too slow and stupid for them, but Brock will have a problem because he wins his matches by overpowering his opponents. Then at Survivor Series have Brock pull out the Shooting Star Press to beat Show. This match doesn't mean much anyway, since they are using the Elimination Chamber to sell the PPV, but it would be nice if it made sense.

As of about 3 weeks ago Show would job to Jeff Hardy or Booker T every time...looking like shit in the match. And now all of a sudden he's a monster that Brock can't beat. Vince, I know you rely on the fans having a short term memory that doesn't go past a couple years (Kane angle and all)...but I think they can remember a month back when Big Show was a job boy for Booker T. This has to be the worst booking for a title match ever...wouldn't it have made more sense to start pushing Show MONTHS ago, building him up to where he's killed everyone BUT Brock. Vince, this is bad, even for you. And Awesome vs Spike was booked in a hurry, but I was diggin it. ECW was great at those kinds of things, while you knew Spike could never win, while watching the match I was thinking "Holy shit, he could win this."
