Jesse Ventura to face or team with Brock

From the 2nd time in the last 3 days, the St. Paul Pioneer Press is reporting that Jesse Ventura is currently in training to return to WWE and face Brock Lesnar. Obviously bringing back Ventura at his age in a wrestling capacity would be an interesting move by WWE. Some believe that instead of having Ventura face Lesnar, the two may actually team down the line.

I could see him as a special manager down the road when/if Lesnar turns full face for him for a few spots, and then maybe going to the announcers booth. I'd fucking love to see him replace Lawler to be honest. Just have Lawler wrestle full time or something then, or whatever.

 

When Lesnar made his first WWF appearance in Minnesota June of last year at Target Center, he had Ventura manage him there as well. First and only time I've seen the Lesnar shooting star press, and it was impressive.

He'll probably just come back for a one shot appearance or something. The WWE probably just started the rumor about a match to create interest.

Ventura had some sort of blood clot in his lung. It doesn't seem like he'd risk getting in the ring at his age, considering he can make good money doing other things.
