Guest NoCalMike Posted November 18, 2002 Report Posted November 18, 2002 Ok, first off, why were the faces the ones beating up on each other? Traditionally it is SUPPOSED to be the heels that just can't get along and with all the history between Trips and Jericho, I thought they would do more then a few week chops before Kane got involved. Secondly, why was RVD, who has THE MOST HEAT IN THE MATCH, eliminated first? Unless he was legit injured(which would contradict him walking backstage by himself). Third, HBK has put his total buildup around Triple H not walking out as champion, so what was the deal with the superkick on Jericho, when he could have done something to help eliminate Triple H. I was hoping the match would end up with everyone in there, and having the faces beat up the 2 heels for a little while, but instead we get RVD and Booker eliminated immediately.
Guest RedJed Posted November 18, 2002 Report Posted November 18, 2002 My big problem with it was the eliminations of Van Dam and Booker so fast, before the rest were even in there. Anyway you look at that, booking in that way just hurts those two in that they could even stay in the hunt with the rest, until everyone was in. It clearly puts them in a lower level than the other four, and that seems to be *someones* intention by that. It's sad because it illustrates how screwed up this Raw side continues to be no matter how I agree with and enjoyed the HBK win. I was definately hoping for some stuff between Van Dam and Michaels too, I know that much.
Guest NoCalMike Posted November 18, 2002 Report Posted November 18, 2002 Yah, the crowd showed much heat when RVD was eliminated first. I was so hoping for an RVD/HBK encounter, and with HBK limits in the ring, this match was probobaly the only chance to see it, awww stupid WWE.
Guest Brian Posted November 18, 2002 Report Posted November 18, 2002 My first problem is who was going to win. The design of the match, with entrances and eliminations, was poor. Three babyfaces eliminated in a row. People were booing when RVD and Booke got eliminated and died until Michaels won because of that.
Guest Caliban Posted November 18, 2002 Report Posted November 18, 2002 I really didn't like how the chambers opened in the same order that each guy made their entrance... made it too predictable.
