He was moving quickier, and was more entertaining. Then again, after seeing Triple H, Hogan and Taker on top of the card for all those months, Rocky was a breath of fresh air.

I doubt he's lost much strength, i think he's just leaned down and it's added to his performance in my opinion. And I too hope he puts more time into wrestling soon. We need someone to balance it back out a little.
