Vin Diesel and the Rock have both been rumored for the role, but director Milius said that he likes the qualities he sees in Triple H. Credit: TheArnoldFans.com

"Okay, we're going to make a proposition to you...we give you a truckload of money, and you get to be in a movie, do very little work, and have the WWE promotional machine shill you to high heaven. Although, you have to give up the strenuous wrestling schedule you're on now, you get to rest your injuries, and when you come back there will likely be a newly built up star for you to squash." I think if they really are pushing for him to get the role, I think he'll accept.

Italians don't seem to be good East European barbarians to me. Just saying. Although Rock'd be a better actor for the role, HHH looks, sounds, acts, and overall fits better. Plus we wouldn't miss him.

Vin Diesel has an Italian mother and a Black father. He mentioned this in a GQ interview over the summer. Jesus, I can see the black in him from a mile away. I thought Rocky already turned this part down.
