Guest GameCop Posted December 16, 2002 Report Posted December 16, 2002 These two will probably hook it up one more time at the Rumble. Should be an awesome contest and the first MOTYC of 2003. With that said, Lesnar and Show are now the favorites to win the Royal Rumble match. Thoughts?

They're giving Benoit a good build up with his dream of being the WWE champ. I suppose a loss at the rumble wouldn't hurt him too much, but I'd hate to see him finally win the belt, only to be served up as Brock chow at WM.

Angle will win cleanly and there is a pretty good chance this could be the 1st ***** match of his career if they are both feeling it. Lesnar is going to win the Rumble and face Angle at WM. Angle will be the 1st person to ever kick ut of the F-5 in this match which will cause Lesnar to bust out the mother fucking SHOOTING STAR PRESS for the victory and the title. I don't like Angle being fodder for Lesnar but the match will bee good enough and WM will pop a HUGE buyrate this year so it won't be so bad in the end.

My only problem with Lesnar/Angle is that Lesnar would most likely win and after a few rematches, I'm afraid that Angle will be sent back down to the midcard again. It looks like Lesnar is WWE's new Hulk Hogan in that he is going to be a long term champion.

Why not have ANOTHER staredown with TBS in the Middle of the Rumble but each elimination each other...They meet in one on one at NWO and Brock wins to face Angle. Just have RVD win the rumble and Jericho last 64 minutes.

No, Brock will never EVER do the shooting star press in the WWE. He's worth far too much to them to risk it and I've heard he dosnt even like the move. No, HHH faces Steiner for the strap at the Rumble, HBK and Jericho will have a match there most likely as well. Booker will be defnding the tag straps. RVD will win the RAW Royal Rumble.

Guest Aero Posted December 18, 2002 Report Posted December 18, 2002 I was hoping to see both Angle & Benoit in the Rumble match as "iron men", but seeing a WWE Title match between the two can't be bad. If anything, it could be their best outing of all, simply because the Title's on the line. I guess it all depends on Angle's knee surgery, though. Still, you can easily expect a MOTYC. I guess that leaves Lesnar to win the Rumble.. not a problem at all. Angle should retain the gold to face Lesnar, and Austin should face Benoit at WM, maybe by costing him the title.
