This has to be a gimmick poster. I don't think anyone in their right mind would say Nash carried Hart in a match. And Hart's boring? Maybe it's cause his moveset isn't: punch, big boot, corner elbow, sidewalk slam, powerbomb.

Honestly, whats wrong with you people? Instead of imagining that people like Lance Storm, Christian, and William Regal are good wrestlers, pull that rod out of your asses, and see that Nash, Hall, and others can be pretty entertaining. It doesn't ALWAYS have to be about wrestling. The workrate, pyschology, and all that isn't everything - its entertainment. the New World Order angle was intelligent and insightful. It capitalized on many of the dictatorships from the early 20th century and applied it to wrestling.

 

Hall, Nash, and Hogan went with it, used their great out-of-ring talents and got it over wonderfully. The nWo in 96 got over in the same way Hitler won over Germany in the 30's. I'm not promoting Hitler but I am saying the nWo angle was intelligently done and i enjoyed it.

I always found them entertaining, and always will. The problem that people here have with you seem to be the way you are bringing forth your love for them, with some WAY out there statements...

I can gaurentee you all that the writers of the nWo angle definatly stole some elements from 1930 Germany with how utalize the nWo angle. They obviously didn't steal the message, but they stole the method with how to get it over. The propaghanda, the interview style, the vignettes, the whole NEW organization aside from what currently ruled. They were the new group with a whole new way of thinking looking to overthrow the old, stale, passe regime.

 

Before ANY of you jump on my back for this comparison, do some research. Understand what 1930 Germany was like, and what the Mazi party stood for. Then, compare that (all of this is in wrestling terms, of course) to WCW in 95/96. And see how the nWo tried to change the company and overthrow it.
