Guest Youth N Asia Posted December 24, 2002 Report Posted December 24, 2002 I think a Smackdown guy has to win it. The big gold belt is already a joke amongst wrestling fans, so they need to have the real belt headline Mania. I think Brock'll win
ChrisMWaters Posted December 24, 2002 Report Posted December 24, 2002 If they decide a Smackdown guy will win it...I say Brock. That's most likely what will happen, IMO. If they decide a Raw guy will win it though........um.....hell if I know. *shrug*
Guest Big Poppa Popick Posted December 24, 2002 Report Posted December 24, 2002 isn't the answer already known?
Guest Bricks Posted December 24, 2002 Report Posted December 24, 2002 This is like '98 where the winner was obvious. Jamal Err, I mean Brock.
Guest Eagan469 Posted December 24, 2002 Report Posted December 24, 2002 Austin comes in as #30, cleans house, gets the shot for the RAW title at Mania against Steiner.
Guest The Electrifyer Posted December 24, 2002 Report Posted December 24, 2002 Austin comes in as #30, cleans house, gets the shot for the RAW title at Mania against Steiner. When JR was about to get his ass kicked by Regal and Storm on Raw, I kinda thought that that was where Austin was gonna run out, save his buddy and make a huge return to Raw. Back to the original question... Brock's gonna win.
Guest chirs3 Posted December 24, 2002 Report Posted December 24, 2002 Lesnar wins. Defends his title shot against Show at whatever PPV they have in February, and retains it. Faces Angle at 'Mania.
Guest dreamer420 Posted December 24, 2002 Report Posted December 24, 2002 I would love to see Brock win and setup Angle vs. Lesnar for Wrestlemania. It is one accomplishment that Brock hasn't achieved yet so I'm betting he will win.
Guest razazteca Posted December 24, 2002 Report Posted December 24, 2002 Kane will win it because he always gets to throw about 6 people out of the ring every year. Surprise darkhorse outsider to win will be either Goldberg, Steve Austin, Kevin Nash.
Guest Insanityman Posted December 24, 2002 Report Posted December 24, 2002 I'm thinking Brock. But have you guys ever wondered if there was a really obvious error what would happen? Like if two wrestlers did the same damn "OH! THEY BOTH FELL!" spot and the wrong one hit first without a doubt?
Guest Ram Posted December 24, 2002 Report Posted December 24, 2002 I figure someone will RAW will win. It's the lower rated show, so they might think putting it as the focus might help it out (if WM itself has a rub). I think Brock is taking it home though.
Guest El Satanico Posted December 25, 2002 Report Posted December 25, 2002 a Raw and a Smackdown guy will both hit the floor at exactly the same time. Then at the next ppv the Raw and Smackdown guy will wrestle to decide who gets the main event championship match at Mania
Guest Sandman9000 Posted December 25, 2002 Report Posted December 25, 2002 I'm thinking Brock. But have you guys ever wondered if there was a really obvious error what would happen? Like if two wrestlers did the same damn "OH! THEY BOTH FELL!" spot and the wrong one hit first without a doubt? They'll recitify that by putting up the title shot at NWO, punishing the person who messed up the spot, and jobbing Jericho and RVD for shits and giggles.
Guest Samurai_Goat Posted December 25, 2002 Report Posted December 25, 2002 RVD will win. And if not him, Jericho.
Guest Frankie Williams Posted December 25, 2002 Report Posted December 25, 2002 I say HHH. He loses the title to Steiner, then he beats up Spike Dudley, takes his place and eliminates RVD.
ChrisMWaters Posted December 25, 2002 Report Posted December 25, 2002 I say HHH. He loses the title to Steiner, then he beats up Spike Dudley, takes his place and eliminates RVD. I think that there's an unspoken rule on Royal Rumble PPVs that if you're in the championship match for that show, you're not able to go into the Royal RUmble match. Course...originally Survivor Series PPVs had elimination 4 or 5 man tag matches.
Guest Mole Posted December 25, 2002 Report Posted December 25, 2002 RVD will win. And if not him, Jericho. Not who you want to win, but who will probably will win. Brock or SCSA will win.
Guest AndrewTS Posted December 25, 2002 Report Posted December 25, 2002 I say HHH. He loses the title to Steiner, then he beats up Spike Dudley, takes his place and eliminates RVD. I wouldn't be surprised, assuming that the Rumble is the main event...which it should be.
ChrisMWaters Posted December 25, 2002 Report Posted December 25, 2002 I say Yokozuna wins the Rumble! Well...the one in Heaven anyway.

Guest bob_barron Posted December 25, 2002 Report Posted December 25, 2002 Bulldog will kick his ass! I say Brock

They can't do that. They have history to the event name. But ah well.
Guest AndrewTS Posted December 25, 2002 Report Posted December 25, 2002 EDIT: DOUBLE POST Yeah, but Rick Rude will toss him after no-selling a low blow (just a little bit off center).
Guest bob_barron Posted December 25, 2002 Report Posted December 25, 2002 About SurS- At least this year three matches were actual elimination matches

ChrisMWaters Posted December 25, 2002 Report Posted December 25, 2002 Bulldog will kick his ass! Nah...Owen Hart would have eliminated Bulldog before Yoko came out. And then Owen would have been eliminated by Andre the Giant
