Well the letters "TEAM ANGLE" look like they could use a slight AA or something, but the rest looks damn good.

That's a good banner, but with the obvious uncle Sam pic I think better wording might be something like "I want YOU for Team Angle" like the original Uncle Sam recruiting poster.

...after what is already on it, that would make sense also. Maybe in the same font and whatnot as "I support" and make it the biggest of all the writing, besides the big "Team Angle".
