Guest Mole Posted January 14, 2003 Report Posted January 14, 2003 Well, I was at Raw last night, so I thought I would tell everyone what happened. Dark Matches: Some guy, I didn't catch his name, so we just called him blue trunks vs Sean O'Haire - Man, O'Haire was sloppyin as fuck during the match. Blue Tights worked on the leg the whole match, which showed he has potential. He was actually much better than O'Haire. O'Haire won with some sloppy move. Two local guys went at it. Couldn't catch their name because Fink wasn't talking that loud. Rico vs Tommy Dreamer - Rico won, I think Jamal vs forgot who - I just forgot Spike vs Christian - Spike won Now about Raw. Everyone saw it, so I don't think I need to re-cap it. The crowd seeemed pretty hot, especially my section. I sat section E, seat 7. So I was basically right there. I was in front of the camera, so I couldn't show off my signs. I know that the Gene segment was filmed earlier in the day. My dad's knows Doug DeBose, who used to play for the 49ers. He works at the Mogehan Sun as a personal trainer now. He called my house earlier today looking for my dad. I haven't talked to him in a long time, and the last time I saw him was when I was like 6. Well, he told me he saw that segment being taped eariler in the day. He said he talked to Steph, and he just told me she was lookin fine and had leather pants on. This report kind of sucks, because I have a lot of bad shit going on in my life, so I just went to get my mind of it. Sorry fellas. My question is, did the crowd come off hot on TV? They defiently seemed hot when I was there, so.
Guest EternallyLazy Posted January 14, 2003 Report Posted January 14, 2003 At times, but for the most part the crowd came off completely dead... especially during the main event. The only time the crowd seemed to come alive was when HBK came out
Guest HartFan86 Posted January 14, 2003 Report Posted January 14, 2003 Yeah, the crowd came off pretty dead other than the Vince segment.
Guest HartFan86 Posted January 14, 2003 Report Posted January 14, 2003 Weird question.....but I'm talking to a friend of mine who went last night and he claimed that Steve Austin was in the attendance chanting WHAT?, giving everyone the finger, and drinking beer. I know it sounds unrealistic and I don't believe him, but maybe there was a look a like in attendance. Can you confirm this? From our AIM convo: "He was sitting 3rd row in the crowd.. I thought he was going to run out." "He started the what chants during the Vince Segment." "He was in Black Jeans, and his Austin Vest with the gold skull..And had the what Shirt on Under that." "I don't know, and I knew you wouldn't believe me, so I almost bought a camera and I was going to get my picture with him against the new Raw set.. that way I would have 100% proof, but they wanted like $7 for a disposable camera.. and I only needed 1 picture." "He stood up on his chair and flipped everyone off.. and then he started yelling WHAT!?" "Well I was 2nd Row back in the acsending seats... and Austin was 3rd row on the floor, facing the ring... the same way the camera would look at the ring." " If it was a look alike... it was his goddamn clone." Once again, I'm really skeptical....but I'd figured I'd ask from someone who went to Raw.

You need to slap your friend.
Guest Texas Small Arms 09 Posted January 14, 2003 Report Posted January 14, 2003 According to Meltzer, a lot of people in attendence thought he was there and was going to do a run-in. Morons...and I'm usually nice to people from CT
Guest Mole Posted January 15, 2003 Report Posted January 15, 2003 Are you serious about that? Wow, no offense but your friend is dumb. The guy kind of looked like SCSA, but not close enough to confuse him with the real SCSA. He was way too fat to be SCSA, so yeah. Yeah, the crowd did die down after the Booker match. They just DIED all of a sudden. When people came out that didn't get any heat ie D'Lo, I tried my loudest to boo him. When Triple-Juice came out, I just stood there and didn't say anything. For being there live, it was a good show. But then reading the reports of it, the show sucked big balls. It makes a BIG difference when you go live.
Guest creativename Posted January 15, 2003 Report Posted January 15, 2003 That came off as one of the deadest crowd I've ever heard (or not heard).
