Guest evilhomer Posted January 23, 2003 Report Posted January 23, 2003 As I said in the topic, I know I'm very late on this. I never watched the first two Tough Enough's, so I didn't know how the selection process went. I have been following the third one though, so I'm seeing how the evaluation process goes. They go by ability, look, attitude, marketability, etc. So I see this, and then look at the TE2 winners, Jackie and Linda. I haven't seen Linda in the ring, so I can't comment on that, but the fact that she went straight to the development territory suggests that she needs work there, and, in the least insulting way possible, she isn't very attractive, at least not in the WWE diva marketable way. Then we go to Jackie, she's got two obvious assets and nothing beyond them. She's horrible in the ring, at least based on that one infamous match, and from what I hear, she's got a very bad "I'm a star, worship me" attitude. So my question is what was the evaluation process that narrowed it down to these two?
Guest CanadianChick Posted January 23, 2003 Report Posted January 23, 2003 I don't know about Linda, but I think Jackie was picked for two obvious reasons and also because of the fact she was tough enough (pun intended) to work through a knee injury during the training of Tough Enough. BUt of course, she missed some training because of her injury, so she shouldn't have got picked.
Guest oldschoolwrestling Posted January 23, 2003 Report Posted January 23, 2003 Does anyone besides Vince really have any say in who the final winners are?
