The WEEEEEEEEE should use him as a stepping stone to make this TEIII kid Matt a HUGE babyface. The kid is already a babyface from what happened to him on the show. I say have him call out Holly for a few weeks with no response. Don't let them face off or even be near each other until Holly responds and says "Fine" for PPV. The match itself would of course be worked but by this time Holly will be heavily boo'ed so you make it look real (since that is what Spark Plug Bobby likes). Matt makes the valient comeback and finally knocks out Holly to win the match. A new star is instantly created. Put Benoit for the World Title and Rey/Eddy/Edge/Chavo/etc on the undercard and you have a solid PPV. Tim

Then Matt can just jump him backstage and "take him out" and thus prove that he has "attitude" or "ruthless aggression" or whatever the catchphrase buzzword cliche is this week. And bam, just like that, a face superstar [who is a milquetoast carbon copy of everybody else and will get lost in the shuffle in a couple of months tops] is created! And Vince "proves" that he is a "genius" once again.

He had the same surgery that SCSA, Benoit, and Rhyno have had. The episode where Holly kicked Matt in the face was taped a couple weeks before that. Aint Karma a bitch! How Mattitude 2.0 for TE 3 Matt??? lol

Just have Holly cut a promo saying he's coming out of "retirement" to teach this punk Matt a lesson. Matt wins, bingo bango, new babyface. However, there is one thing you put that I don't understand. Benoit for the World Title? Benoit gets jobbed out to Angle two PPVS in a row? I think not my friend. Benoit, Edge and Rey vs Angle, Benjamin and Hass. That's your main event right there. Edit: I just got back from wwe.com and in the interview with Matt they ask him "Would you get in the ring with Bob Holly?" and he answers yes.

Guest Black Tiger Posted January 24, 2003 Report Posted January 24, 2003 Why is everyone assuming that Matt should be on SD? I'd like to see Matt or John get thrown into the Maven/Nowinski feud. With each one trying to convince him that they'd be a good team. Has their been any word on what happened to Kenny from TE2? I'd have figured he'd have gotten a developmental deal by now.
