WWE is expected to deliver another surprise announcement this week on Smackdown. Most believe that the surprise will be the announcement of a Rock vs. Hulk Hogan match at No Way Out. Credit: WrestlingObserver.com The Rock is done filming his movie, maybe he'll show up tonight?
Guest Kingpk Posted January 28, 2003 Report Posted January 28, 2003 Rock - Hogan II: This time, they're BOTH bald!
Guest oldschoolwrestling Posted January 28, 2003 Report Posted January 28, 2003 Rock - Hogan II: This time, they're BOTH bald! Mullet on a pole match!!
Guest BifEverchad Posted January 28, 2003 Report Posted January 28, 2003 Yeah, I seen Rocky on Jimmy Kimmel last night... and WHOA, that bastard is BALD now! Anyways, Rock better come back and be as arrogant and cocky as ever, and make a fool of Hogan, setting up their rumored No Way Out match-up.
Guest Kotzenjunge Posted January 28, 2003 Report Posted January 28, 2003 Anyone got a picture of the new bald Rock?
Guest Bling-Bling Buchanan Posted January 28, 2003 Report Posted January 28, 2003 That as Rock's retirement match? ZzZzZz..
Guest FeArHaVoC Posted January 28, 2003 Report Posted January 28, 2003 Who said anything about that being his Retirement match?
Guest Vern Gagne Posted January 28, 2003 Report Posted January 28, 2003 I think the Rock being bald will hurt him if he comes back has a heel. On the Kimmel Show, they mentioned Rock cancelled is vacation to appear on Kimmel's show. Could that be a front for the real reason he didn't go on vacation.
Guest BifEverchad Posted January 28, 2003 Report Posted January 28, 2003 Here's a picture of the Rock sporting his new haircut, in the green room prior to his appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night:
Guest HartFan86 Posted January 28, 2003 Report Posted January 28, 2003 Eh....I dunno. I marked out like crazy for Rock/Hogan at Mania and I loved it so much....Montreal will just be as crazy, but really...I dunno. Ah well...I'll enjoy the hell out of it at No Way Out, even if the match sucks.
Guest Mole Posted January 29, 2003 Report Posted January 29, 2003 It's better than a Big Show or Taker match.
Guest evenflowDDT Posted January 29, 2003 Report Posted January 29, 2003 Here's a picture of the Rock sporting his new haircut, in the green room prior to his appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night: What, is Rock's next movie House Party 5?!
Guest AndrewTS Posted January 29, 2003 Report Posted January 29, 2003 If Angle wasn't a serious heel, it'd be funny to hear him say: "Soooomeboooody gooooot a haaaaaircut..."
Guest art_vandelay Posted January 29, 2003 Report Posted January 29, 2003 Make it a Fatal Four way and throw in Angle and the returning Austin.
Guest The Old Me Posted January 29, 2003 Report Posted January 29, 2003 Maybe Rocky is the only one who will put Hogan over, so that's why we get this tripe?
Guest Zero_Cool Posted January 29, 2003 Report Posted January 29, 2003 It's a good idea to have the match in Montreal. We know that Hogan/Rock in at least Canada = heel Rock, so why not use this place for the turn. Have Rock play the arrogant heel like the old days and we'll hear "Rocky Sucks" louder than we have in three years.
Guest Super Pissed Smark Posted January 29, 2003 Report Posted January 29, 2003 And Vince screws Hogan a la Bret in Montreal to cement Rock's turn. It practically writes itself. They can't screw it up. Um, well, hopefully they won't screw it up.
Guest art_vandelay Posted January 29, 2003 Report Posted January 29, 2003 Well, I guess Lance won't be using the Sharpshooter in his match that night.
Guest MarvinisaLunatic Posted January 29, 2003 Report Posted January 29, 2003 The fans in Montreal should cheer Rock when he goes heel and screw it up for Vince..
Guest Brian Posted January 29, 2003 Report Posted January 29, 2003 Jesus fucking christ Vince. You try to get on good terms with Bret and the next time you're in Montreal you pull the finish. This is horrible.
Guest Goodear Posted January 29, 2003 Report Posted January 29, 2003 Uh, it actually hasn't happened yet. Maybe Rock will just hit Hogan with a chair or something.
