Guest FeArHaVoC Posted March 3, 2003 Report Posted March 3, 2003 Kevin Nash hoped to be able to make his wrestling return at WrestleMania, but that is unlikely. Nash, although almost back from his quad injury, will not work the show as a safety measure. WWE does not want to rush him back. Nash has rehabbed extremely hard, has lost a lot of weight, and is said to be in fantastic shape. Credit:1wrestling.com
Guest Youth N Asia Posted March 3, 2003 Report Posted March 3, 2003 Now if he could just work a good match.
Guest Zack Malibu Posted March 3, 2003 Report Posted March 3, 2003 What is wrong with this world when Kevin Nash is said to be in fantastic shape, while Batista and Randy Orton lay in hospital beds? And watch WWE rush him back, now that two of RAW's main heels (yeah so they're not exactly Rude and DiBiase but push-wise, they are) are hurt.
Guest Polish_Rifle Posted March 3, 2003 Report Posted March 3, 2003 great! Nash v HHH for the Title at Backlash Unless Booker wins, but I'll believe it when I see it.
Guest treble charged Posted March 3, 2003 Report Posted March 3, 2003 I always thought that one had to be able to run in order to be in 'fantastic shape'.
Guest Zack Malibu Posted March 3, 2003 Report Posted March 3, 2003 I'm waiting for Nash to come in, and have them work an angle around the "backstage politics". Have him mock Triple H for relying on "two kids who won't amount to anything", and he and Triple H go on the Two Man Power Trip, Part Deux. Not that I'd want to see that, but given the state of RAW, it's certainly plausible. Friggin' WWE has made me such a pessimist.
Guest Youth N Asia Posted March 3, 2003 Report Posted March 3, 2003 I always thought that one had to be able to run in order to be in 'fantastic shape'. Yeah, stand straight and touch your toes, then I'll believe it. Kevin "the gut" Nash
Guest oldschoolwrestling Posted March 3, 2003 Report Posted March 3, 2003 He still wants to get paid though.... From the Observer newsletter: Also Torrie Wilson will probrably be used in some capacity because of her Playboy spread coinciding with WM and Kevin Nash wants in the picture to pick up a Mania payoff and he plays the game well.
Guest Kotzenjunge Posted March 3, 2003 Report Posted March 3, 2003 (watches the Kevin Nash "My Sacrifice" flash video)
Guest Youth N Asia Posted March 3, 2003 Report Posted March 3, 2003 (watches the Kevin Nash "My Sacrifice" flash video) Not the "Beautiful Day" one? They should've done that with Randy Orton...showed the video of him in black and white, rehabbing in slow motion. Could've been funny.
Guest Slingshot Suplex Posted March 3, 2003 Report Posted March 3, 2003 Maybe this means Nash will be a surprise in HHH's corner at Wrestlemania then..
Guest fazzle Posted March 3, 2003 Report Posted March 3, 2003 nah, Nash will be in Booker T's corner. And then cost Booker the title in a SHOCKING SWERVE~!
Guest Lightning Flik Posted March 3, 2003 Report Posted March 3, 2003 nah, Nash will be in Booker T's corner. And then cost Booker the title in a SHOCKING SWERVE~! You beat me to that fazzle.
Guest RavishingRickRudo Posted March 3, 2003 Report Posted March 3, 2003 It must be due to all that conditioning...
Guest notJames Posted March 3, 2003 Report Posted March 3, 2003 It must be due to all that conditioning... Oh TAG~!
Guest Sakura Posted March 3, 2003 Report Posted March 3, 2003 Has a wrestler ever NOT been hyped as being "in the best shape of their career" or "in great shape" when returning from a major injuring? We got this same BS the last time Nash came back.
Guest Super Pissed Smark Posted March 3, 2003 Report Posted March 3, 2003 (watches the Kevin Nash "My Sacrifice" flash video) Not the "Beautiful Day" one? I see Nash's video as better suited to The Doors: "I woke up this morning, I got myself a beer."
Guest HartFan86 Posted March 3, 2003 Report Posted March 3, 2003 Hey, who reported that Big Show was in the best shape of his carrer going into the Rumble 2001? Heh, they called that one right. *SARCASM TO THE FIFTH POWER*
Guest Austin3164life Posted March 3, 2003 Report Posted March 3, 2003 (watches the Kevin Nash "My Sacrifice" flash video) Not the "Beautiful Day" one? I see Nash's video as better suited to The Doors: "I woke up this morning, I got myself a beer." LMAO "The future's uncertain, the end is always near" Sounds like Kevin Nash's adult life.....
Guest Anglesault Posted March 3, 2003 Report Posted March 3, 2003 I always thought that one had to be able to run in order to be in 'fantastic shape'. There was a HUGE misprint in that article. It was suppose to read "Kevin Nash's HAIR is in fantastic shape. Big Lazy himself hasn't actually gotten off the couch."
Guest commie_050 Posted March 3, 2003 Report Posted March 3, 2003 Thank God, as long as the hair is OK.
Guest TheZsaszHorsemen Posted March 3, 2003 Report Posted March 3, 2003 I wonder what kind of wrestler Kevin Nash could have been if he hadn't had like a dozen surgeries before his first match
Guest wwF1587 Posted March 3, 2003 Report Posted March 3, 2003 man... now i fear that what you guys are saying about Nash at WM and in a shocking turn of events turning on Booker T... lets hope he cant make the walk that far..
Guest jester Posted March 3, 2003 Report Posted March 3, 2003 Has a wrestler ever NOT been hyped as being "in the best shape of their career" or "in great shape" when returning from a major injuring? We got this same BS the last time Nash came back. Yeah, they always hype a return, even if they guy is not ready or no-one gives a shit. Just once wouldn't you like to see something like: "Kevin Nash will be making his return to the ring shortly after Wrestlemania, much to the delight of four or five fans and his clique buddies. Nash is in the best shape of his life, which is to say that he only has a slight beer and Cheeto gut, and his legs look slightly less emaciated than Kate Moss'. His hair, as always, is impeccable. We hope to see him in action and able to cross a ring without killing himself soon."
Guest Anglesault Posted March 3, 2003 Report Posted March 3, 2003 man... now i fear that what you guys are saying about Nash at WM and in a shocking turn of events turning on Booker T... lets hope he cant make the walk that far.. Don't worry, if he can't, HHH will improvise and beat Booker clean.
Guest fazzle Posted March 4, 2003 Report Posted March 4, 2003 man... now i fear that what you guys are saying about Nash at WM and in a shocking turn of events turning on Booker T... lets hope he cant make the walk that far.. Don't worry, if he can't, HHH will improvise and beat Booker clean. Like HHH would allow Booker to look that good? He'd stop the match and make Booker go backstage and carry Nash out so he could get turned on.
Guest Space_Cowboy Posted March 4, 2003 Report Posted March 4, 2003 Does Nash still have his skinny girl legs?
Guest Respect The 'Taker Posted March 4, 2003 Report Posted March 4, 2003 great! Nash v HHH for the Title at Backlash Unless Booker wins, but I'll believe it when I see it. If Bookster wins, that means.. NASH VS BOOKER AT BACKLASH!!!! Nash - "Well i jobbed to him at Fall Brawl a few years back, i mean, I MADE HIS CAREER, i think he should at least return the favor!" Triple H - "BULLSHIT! I only gave him the belt so i could win it back in 15 seconds!!" *bitch fight erupts* ....*quad tears all round* Ah, what a picture that is.
