Guest Mad Dog Posted March 19, 2003 Report Posted March 19, 2003 Man this is better than anything the WWF has done with him since this has started. He's ragging on Terri a ton too. Saying she's the grand canyon and that he bought her boobs. Whenever it comes out on the show I'd watch it b/c it's hilarious.
Guest FeArHaVoC Posted March 19, 2003 Report Posted March 19, 2003 Taken from 411mania.com Just caught the Goldust interview on the Howard Stern show. The Stern crew played it pretty much for laughs, goofing on Golddust's speech impediment, mimicking the way he spoke, taking callers that "had Tourettes," etc. Goldust did great, stayed in character the entire time and got in several plugs for the upcoming Wrestlemania event on March 30. Goldust did get into a lot of the history between him and Terri, telling Howard that he really hated her now. He said that Terri had cheated on him twice that he knew of, including once with a doctor (her gynecologist) and once with a dentist. He also said that he's paying her a lot of money from the divorce settlement. They touched briefly on the serenade on the flight back from Europe, but Goldust said he wasn't trying to "woo" her back in any way. Goldust also said that Terri was the primary influence in the three-year rift between he and his father, Dusty Rhodes. apparently, Dusty said that he didn't think Terri was a good person and Goldust sided with his wife, which kept him from speaking to his dad for three years. Very apologetic to his father about the whole thing. Classic Stern Moment #1: Gary Dell'abate, the show's producer, finds a naked picture of Terri somewhere and brings it in studio. He gives it to Howard, who just starts drooling over her and saying what big boobs she has. Goldust replies, "I bought those, actually." Classic Stern Moment #2: Howard was saying that he wasn't up on a lot of the history of wrestling, and a lot of it wasn't interesting today, but just loved the Goldust character. Howard said that Goldust "was the only thing that interests me about the WWE." Bwahahaha. Anyway, a good overall interview. Too bad the most interesting stuff was about Terri and Dusty, though.
Guest Choken One Posted March 19, 2003 Report Posted March 19, 2003 I heard some of this today...I'm glad they stop sending HHH all the time and sent some other guys...Doesn't Howard and Jericho have a Relationship?
Guest bob_barron Posted March 19, 2003 Report Posted March 19, 2003 That's odd that Dustin said that about Terri. Him and Terri apparently have a very good relationship and are very good friends. They live very close to each other so Dakota can go to the same school. That's what I read in RAW
Guest Choken One Posted March 19, 2003 Report Posted March 19, 2003 I'd hate to work with my Cheating Ex-Wife...Poor Dustin...
Guest Polish_Rifle Posted March 19, 2003 Report Posted March 19, 2003 I heard the interview this morning and that was classic. They also played interviews of Stuttering John interviewing wrestlers at the press conference at ESPN Zone. I only heard Hogan.
Guest oldschoolwrestling Posted March 19, 2003 Report Posted March 19, 2003 Things obviously have gone sour recently because interviews he conducted months ago he was saying just the opposite and even credited her with putting in a good word to Vince to bring him back when he came back.
Guest FeArHaVoC Posted March 19, 2003 Report Posted March 19, 2003 Think Dustin will get punished for "shooting" on her like that? (You know what I mean, perverts)
Guest Polish_Rifle Posted March 19, 2003 Report Posted March 19, 2003 I think Howard gives him a lot of publicity for always playing his soundbites on his show. Did any of you notice that the first caller who was goofing on Glodust sounded exactly like Benjy (one of his writers).
Guest subliminal_animal Posted March 19, 2003 Report Posted March 19, 2003 He stayed on character the whole time, right? So maybe he didn't mean what he said about Terri. I doubt his relationship with her could've gone so sour that within a few months he would rag on her on a nationally syndicated radio show. It could've, but I dobut it for some reason.
Guest JMA Posted March 19, 2003 Report Posted March 19, 2003 When has Terri ever appeared nude? And what year?
Guest Steviekick Posted March 19, 2003 Report Posted March 19, 2003 He stayed on character the whole time, right? So maybe he didn't mean what he said about Terri. Yeah, it could have been in character. The WWE never likes it when their employees are out in the public and airing dirty laundry.
Guest Polish_Rifle Posted March 20, 2003 Report Posted March 20, 2003 Yeah, it could have been in character. The WWE never likes it when their employees are out in the public and airing dirty laundry. It was kind of a mixture, because he broke character and talked about his daughter. He also talked about what Dusty is up to these days and he spoke a little about his new wife.
Guest art_vandelay Posted March 20, 2003 Report Posted March 20, 2003 Did any of you notice that the first caller who was goofing on Glodust sounded exactly like Benjy (one of his writers). That WAS Benjy. I think he was simply joking about the Terri stuff at first, but then went along with it after everyone else thought he was being serious.
Guest Respect The 'Taker Posted March 20, 2003 Report Posted March 20, 2003 Wish i had a buck for everytime he called Terri a bitch. Rightfully so, skank. I say a public lynching is in order...they still do those, right? UYI
