Yes, you too can get in the best shape of your life with the Kevin Nash workout plan Step 1) Get up at the crack of noon Step 2) Go to the fridge, fill a cooler with ice and a six pack of beer Step 3) Go to a comfy chair, watch tv and play video games while repeatedly lifting beer bottles to you mouth, be sure to alternate arms to maintain balance Step 4) Fall asleep in chair For the advanced workout, do not use a cooler, increase your cardio endurance by making repeated trips to the fridge.
