Guest Trivia247 Posted May 6, 2003 Report Posted May 6, 2003 Thanks to Robert for the following report: Here are the results from the May 4th show at Fredericton, New Brunswick. # Match 1: Funaki def Crash -Crash cane out with Shannon Moore and the two did a good job playing the crowd. Match ended when Crash was hit by Shannon when he was trying to hit Funaki. Decent opener. # Match 2: Sean O'Haire def Brian Kendrick O'Haire gets no reaction without Piper. O'Haire won with a reverse DVD # Match 3: Rhyno def A-Train A-train came out to monster heat. Huse "Shave your back" chants all through the match. Rhyno won with the gore. # Match 4: Matt Hardy def Jaime Noble Noble got less of a reaction than the guy selling programs in the front row. YIKES! Matt V1 won with twist of fate. # Match 5: Big Show def Chris Benoit Benoit got 2nd biggest pop of the night. Show won with interference from A-train. Rhyno made the save after the match. Intermission # Match 6: FBI def Rikishi & Tajiri Decent match. FBI won with a Palumbo superkick. Rikishi gave Nunzio a stinkface after and then danced with Tajiri & Jimmy Korderes. # Match 7: Dawn Marie def Nidia (w/ Special Ref Funaki) NO TORRIE?!?!?!?! Concession time...i only saw the end. Nidia pulled down Dawn's pants after the match. # Match 8: Team Angle def Los Guerreros Excellent match. Chavo looked a little hurt as when he went to do a baseball slide he got caught on the bottom rope and went nuts first. Ouch. Guerreros were loving the crowd as somebody brought a Mexican flag for support. They stole the belts after the match. # Match 9: Brock Lesnar def John Cena HUGE pop for Brock. About as good a match as the ppv.(Decent) Brock won with the F-5. --End of Show-- Top 5 Pops 1. Brock Lesnar 2. Chris Benoit 3. Los Guerreros 4. Rikishi dancing 5. when Dawn Marie's pants came off Top 5 Heat 1. Team Angle 2. A-train 3. John Cena 4. Big Show 5. Matt Hardy Good show..the best that has ever been to F'ton anyways.

(unless Show was already named the #1 contender...I had no interest in watching SmackDown! last week, so forgive me if this is the case)

(unless Show was already named the #1 contender...I had no interest in watching SmackDown! last week, so forgive me if this is the case) Show challenged Lesnar, Lesnar accepted.
